James Avery personnel was very helpful and kind. Wish I got her name. She has been there 3yrs. Very patient and attentive. Provided suggestions as well. Google needs to correct the location It is on the 2nd level inside of Dillard's. It is not a separate Jewelry store.on level 1

We’ve always had great experiences at Dillard’s, so our last experience was very surprising. On Saturday, when my daughter found a dress she loved on the returns rack, we asked Maria for help locating other sizes. Maria was very short and dismissive, and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. She told us that there were no other sizes available in the store. We continued browsing and came across a rack on the same floor that had four additional sizes of the exact same dress. The size my daughter needed was on a mannequin. Since Maria had already been rude, we simply removed the dress from the mannequin ourselves and brought it to the fitting room. At that point, Maria seemed visibly annoyed with us, and her attitude remained rude and unwelcoming even at checkout. This is not the level of service we are used to at Dillard’s. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is a big reason we choose to shop here, and we hope this is addressed so future experiences reflect the standard Dillard’s is known for.

2 small racks of plus size formal wear. But Cecila was SO HELPFUL! She helped me find a dress, put me in the "presidential" dressing room and made a rough shopping experience pleasant. I was actually able to find a dress!

Do NOT Buy Bags from Here – Shocking Experience!!! I’m absolutely appalled by my experience with Dillard’s. I ordered a Coach bag online for nearly $600 expecting it to be brand new, only to receive one with stains inside. I was told there was only one in stock, so I decided to exchange it in-store—only to be handed another bag in worn, scratched-up condition. When I pointed out the poor condition of the replacement, I was told to reorder online and assured the damaged one would be pulled from the floor. I placed another online order, only to find out it was being shipped from the same store that had the damaged floor models. I called the store and was told by someone in the bag department that they had one on the floor and one marked as damaged—meaning they were knowingly sending out used or floor-model bags as new. I asked if they could cancel the shipment so I could get a bag directly from the warehouse instead. She said she’d take down my info and have a manager call me. That manager—Michael—never called back. Now I’m dealing with my third return, all because this store is misrepresenting used or damaged items as new. I’ve wasted time, effort, and money, and received zero accountability. I will never shop at Dillard’s again. This was not just frustrating—it was unacceptable.

Had a great experience at Dillard's Wellington (always is an outstanding experience here). Mukesh and Sebastian were extemely helpful in the men's clothing area, both friendly and courteous going above and beyond in assisting me. There's an excellent selection of clothing at Dillard's as well, highly recommend this store.

I went into Dillard’s in hopes of purchasing a new Wacoal sports bra. To my surprise the young woman was not very helpful was more attentive to another person than me so I approached and and inquired about a bra that I was interested in buying, the salesperson told me they didn’t have my size. I was ready to walk out then , I asked if I could order online. I proceed with the order the salesperson gets my address wrong because she was to busy to bothered to listen to get the information correctly instead of confirming the information was correct she placed the order my address was incorrect the salesperson was unable to correct it. I waited for about 45 minutes and canceled my order. For a first time customer not a great experience.

Maria was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful, and she gave me a nasty attitude. Not the mention, when I kindly asked a question she claimed the dress was no longer available, being very dismissive. After looking around for 2 minutes I found more dresses...
