This overweight short Hispanic girl with pink girl followed me and my sister around the store like we were going to steal we arrived around 5:30 or earlier and she kept on rushing us to leave when it closed at 6:00 pm she said i ended paying over 100 dollars for a bad attitude and to be rushed out I couldn’t even pick the correct hair dye color 1 star never coming back here she lied about the closing time and I wasted money because of this chick fire her immediately i want to talk to the manager asap i need want a refund of at least the hair dye cost

Was harassed and stalked and treated like a criminal by this certain staff she followed me my mom and my little sister around like we were going to steal she told us store was closing 15 minutes earlier than it actually was then 3 minutes later she comes back and says the store closes in 5 minutes I bought the wrong hair dye and wasted 78 dollars on extensions that doesn’t even match my hair color because I had to rush and buy the hair dye or shed kick us out i want a refund incredibly infuriating i don't know the staff members name but fire her immediately shes the short overweight Hispanic lady with pink hair and outgrown black roots she was incredibly disrespectful i want my money back.

The young lady in there with the pretty ginger hair is always helpful! Some of the prices are too high yet overall the mart has good merchandise. Plenty of parking too.

I came in the other day about 7:15. The sign says they close at 8 p.m. I guess they were ready to close for the night. I asked the lady with the glasses a question, she acted as if I was bothering her. Another employee (she was nice) helped me with what I needed and rang up my items.

Cashmere was excellent with customer service! Cashmere definitely deserves a raise! She has a fun spirit and is knowledgeable about the products, and honest about what hair / or color would loom good or not with your skin tone. I am getting my hair from here for my birthday next month. The owner / other sales person out my nose jewelry in a cute little baggie too! I will be going back ! I also purchased a cute yoga/ 🧘🏾 outfit! That had a unique style.

Brenda charged me duplicate of my products on my receipt, once i looked at my receipt and noticed she charged me extra items i went in there to explain and she rudely said how she can’t do anything about it. SHE CHARGED ME X2 the amount of what i was supposed to pay and didn’t offer my money back or to pick up the extra products I PAID FOR. never coming back

Cashmere has the Best Customer Service that I have received in a very long time, She was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quick and prompt service. She is a great asset to your company and deserves a raise
