Much appreciation to Ruth and Gabby in Macy's shoe department. You could not ask for such helpful and knowledgeable associates in the entire store. Our shopping experience has never been better in that particular department. Hopefully, they will receive the respect and acknowledgement of store and district management team. I have not been to a mall in years. Macy's had a sale on overcoats 60% off. I bought one. I noticed after the purchase many other fine items that this store has. Yes, there are salespeople to help. Most things are on sale. I worked at a store in a mall many years ago and it brought back some fond memories. The store is neat clean and decorated for the season. I will go back again.

I came in a few days ago. I assume the employees with red tags are managers? & I’ve seen a couple treat their employees not so nice. I am a business owner myself, & it was quiet unprofessional for a "boss" to talk To their workers so foul esp infront of customers. In order for a team work you must all treat one another with respect . It made my experience very uncomfortable didn’t even want to keep shopping so I left to another shopping store. So sad/shamefull because the specific employee she was so helpful & sweet. She went above and beyond to help me. So it wasn’t great seeing that go down esp over something silly

I don't know. Macys used to have good quality clothes at great prices. But the quality has diminished significantly and the prices are the same. Instead of selling quality made clothes, they sell crappy made clothes that might had a brand name sewed onto it. And they hardly have any fitting rooms anymore. It's exhausting shopping there, especially if you're carrying bags already and want to try on and maybe buy a couple of new outfits. You have to carry your bags, purse, and all the clothes you want to try on, and walk forever to find a fitting room. For me, the joy and fun of shopping is gone. Sorry Macys.

Macy's in Warwick RI is a large, well laid out store. I'm a long-time Macy's shopper from NY originally. I do enjoy in person shopping 🛍 online, and it is fine, but I find I am returning more often.

I gotta give a shout out to James in the suit department here. Went in to get a suit and a tux, and he is on top of everything. He was juggling numerous customers at once, measuring, fitting, giving his input (he’s very knowledgeable) and doing it all with a smile. It was great watching him work, a true professional. Anthony also helped me check out and sign up for a new Macy’s card, he made it super quick and easy. This will be the first place I go whenever I need a new suit.

Natalie the manager at Starbucks Macys is the absolute best. Natalie and her team are the best. Thank you for making me feel very special every day.
