I rarely ever write reviews but, Denise had such great customer service. She went above and beyond helping me find everything I wanted and some things I forgot I needed. 10/10, give her a raise!

I went into the store early afternoon 12/27/25 and as someone newly entering my blush era I was a little clueless on what shade would work best for my skin tone (tan). An employee standing near the Nars counter helped me pick my shade in their Multi Stick and it’s soo perfect. Very happy with my experience at this store and the consultation I received, thank you!

I used to enjoy shopping at Sephora, getting help from the "beauty advisor "…but today I told myself "never again I come here". From now on only online shopping, where nobody makes you feel like you come to their house and touch their personal stuff… I was making a good purchase, over $100 and asked for a sample of the foundation, just 1 sample…the answer was: "oh, I thought that you are buying the foundation "… well…i got the sample, but the attitude was awful. I also want to mention that cashiers used to ask if a customer wanted to redeem the points and get some "extra something "… not anymore, cashiers are barely looking at you, giving you the vibe that you are not welcome .

I had went shopping a while back to look for some lip liners. While it took a while for anyone to reach out and help me I was approached by Ana who really helped me work with my budget! The negative part of my experience was when I went to purchase my things. The two ladies at the register didn't even acknowledge me- literally. Instead of making eye contact with me they were making negative comments about me right infront of my face. Completely disrespectful. However, Ana came over to ring me up which I was super relieved about! Probably never coming back to this store, but I really appreciated Ana for helping me.

i hardly ever write reviews but i HAD to give Sabrina her flowers! She was so helpful during my visit today, extremely easy to converse with, helped me find everything I needed, and made my life so much easier by helping me find my shade for a new foundation i purchased. Thank you Sabrina, I will definitely be asking for her when I come visit this location!! <3

Awful customer service. I wish I could give it 0 starts with the insane customer service I experienced. I Got rung up and the lady didn’t look at me ONCE didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever didn’t even get a glimpse of her face, only saw her side profile with the way she was talking it up with her coworker instead of engaging in conversation with me, the customer. Not that i’m asking for a full blown conversation but a hello wouldn’t have hurt. I was also paying with cash so when i informed her of that she snatched the money out of my hand still no words exchanged and then rudely handed me my change and basically threw the bag at me. Insane.

Need more training. *There were several staff but only 1 asked to help and ACTUALLY helped. That’s just ridiculous!!! Also, really small store and everyone blocks walkways. It’s a mess. *Best to online shop and avoid doing Uber or Doordash. 🌚🌚😂
