Macy's

They actually had some great sales today but did not have the size I was looking for. The staff presented himself very multi task and professional with his work. He deserves a raise! I dunno his name but he seems pretty young.

Would recommend for fancy clothes or special occasion attire. I never shop here for my normal clothes because it's way too expensive 😬

My experience today at this location was bad. I was at the register making a purchase and my daughter who is a toddler was with me. She was standing in front of the gum ball machine and right when she turned around to her right side, she bumped her head on the corner of the water holder which sticks outs from the counter, I have attached pictures for reference. By this time I was done paying and I did tell the associate that maybe the water holder shouldnt be there so close to the gum ball machine, which it attracts small children, it can happen to any child. The associate didnt bother saying anything asking to make sure my daughter was ok, nothing at all. Was it maybe because I am hispanic and she is white that she couldnt even bother asking? I ended up returning my purchase right then and there and the manager was there, who also couldnt even bother asking anything, at this point my daughter was still crying and I did examine her head and she does have a bump. Again, nothing was said to me or apologized or did anything about moving the water holder in behalf of the manager why? Because I am hispanic maybe and it didnt matter to them? Poor very poor customer service. I requested cooperates number which the only thing that was given to me was customer service number. I will be waiting for a reply and will reach out to the number given to me.

Went in and got free cologne samples. Got to share the gospel and bought me some sneaker cleaner in the shoe section. I met a beautiful creation of Gods there a sales associate who sold me two for ten and we shared the word and how God gives us the greatest gifts in life. Free !! Happiness peace joy forgiveness love and grace. Thank God. . God is great thank you M.

I went to return 2 makeup products with my receipt. The associate mentioned I couldn’t return the product because I didn’t have the box it came in. She called a ‘manager’ and she said the same thing. I let them know I had my receipt and I had the right to my refund. They called the manager for that specific makeup dept. She was very rude with every interaction. I have worked in retail myself and I have never come across such rude customer service. She was so aggravated and was having a hard time containing herself. I am not sure if it was because I calmly kept giving her information she needed and she was escalating. I hardly shop at Macys and now, well this will be my last time.

Went back yesterday, clean store and helpful salesgirl in appliances. I'm ready to shop there More.😀

Great product selection. A lot of quality handbags, clothes. I really like the service in the fragrance area. The only problem is long wait in pay line.
