Meekal was very helpful and so sweet. She really took her time with me and showed genuine interest in my needs and concerns. She also has a great personality and very positive attitude. It was a refreshing interaction because I typically have had the opposite experience when visiting this place. Wonderful young lady!

GO TO ULTA. No customer service skills at all , asked for a sample while I was checking out. The girl forgot it , I went back to ask for it & a girl with glasses & big spiky brows looked right at me & refused to speak at all. I asked for the sample , she didn’t put any info on the sample bag , then handed it to me without saying a single word.

i went into the store today and received great customer service from an employee by the name of casandra!! so nice and very helpful!

Don’t go to this Sephora, don’t waste your time. They don’t have the product, and when they offer another option, it’s also unavailable. I was extremely upset — why does this store even exist in this location? It’s the worst store in all of America, right here."😡😡😡😡😡😡

After not wearing makeup regularly for years I badly needed some help getting color matched for foundation and concealer. Jessica helped me find a foundation that almost disappeared into my skin, and the concealer seems to be a good match too. She also answered a number of beauty questions that I had. I definitely received great customer service from her.

I visited this location for the first time recently and received superb customer service from Alexis. She helped me pick out the perfect shade of foundation for my skin tone by color matching me. I love the foundation she recommended, which she recommended based on what I told her I was looking for and taking into consideration my dry skin. Along with answering all my questions, she helped me pick out a few additional products. I appreciate the time she took to help me. She was very friendly and informative.

I asked google where to find a particular fragrance and it directed me here. But, unfortunately they did not have the product nor do they carry it? So why the hell do they allow Google to push false information about their products? In my opinion they should be penalized for openly lying about what stock they have or do not have on the internet. Totally a waste of valuable time on Christmas Eve
