SEPHORA at Kohl's

A phenomenal store for my wife and daughter for their recommended makeup needs. Excellent service. And Kohl's for me as a spectacular man, I find what I need at a good recommended price.

I went there today and Marisa helped direct me to the product I had heard about online. She was very knowledgeable about it. Because Marisa was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products I trusted her and asked her for other product recommendations. I bought all the products she recomended and can't wait to start using them. I was so impressed with Marisa I will be going back in a couple of weeks to ask her to assist me with her make up recommendations.

sales staff should not act like it's an inconvenience to be asked a question. It's your job to be knowledgeable about the cosmetic products you carry. Moreover, it's considered RUDE to switch languages when helping a customer, and just because nothing was said in response... everything was understood.. staff should Assume everyone is bilingual

Worst customer service experience in the States ever! I visited this store on Wednesday 12th July excited to buy the products I had been chasing online for months in anticipation of my trip to the States. I couldn't find what I was looking for so asked the two sales girls where I could find the product. One informed me that the only colours they have left in the product are at the counter. When I came back and asked for help finding a good contour and highlighter, they fobbed me off telling me brands showing no intention to come help me because they were too preoccupied with what they were doing. Such poor service and impression to your international customers. Wouldn’t recommend this store.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I "interrupted" a non work related conversation between two employees because i was standing there waiting for the conversation to stop so I could ask for help. They both looked at me and moved out of my way but never asked if I needed help. So I interrupted to ask for help and was met with rudeness.i was told the item I was looking for had been sold. And instead of suggesting something else or trying to help me find something similar they went back talking like I was annoying them.

Makeup displays were messy.. The staff was rude and never asked me if I needed any help. They were standing around in a group talking to one another ignoring customers and messy displays. I was Afraid to touch anything or buy anything without getting makeup all over me and or my clothes. Usually this wouldn't bother me but there was busted up eyeshadows all over everything!! Don't know if I will bother go back to this particular Sephora location. It was my first visit there and probably my last. Every other Sephora store I have been to had been very clean with great staff. Vacaville you can do better than this !! Clean the store and retrain your staff. Good thing I'm not a secret shopper...

Terrible service, no one available to help and they don’t have the color match devices to speed up service. Had to wait forever for someone to help and there was barely anyone even at the store to begin with. Employees definitely need the shade match device to make their jobs easier
