Amanda was so helpful! She helped me color match my concealer and foundation, and suggested a great moisturizer for my eczema prone skin. Made for a great shopping experience, would absolutely go to her again.

Walked in to browse and a worker approached me saying they had "anti-wrinkle and brightening" skin care available. Not even a hello or hi, welcome. It made me feel self conscious as I walked around. As soon as I went to check lipsticks on a bottom shelf, I had 3 other workers back-to-back approach me and ask if I needed help "all the way down there" and one even laughed at me before walking off. Left without buying anything because the atmosphere was so pretentious and haughty from these workers.

Andrea was so sweet and incredibly helpful. She shared so much valuable information with me—things I didn’t know before—and explained everything so clearly. Her communication skills are excellent, and she genuinely cares about helping you find what benefits you the most. It’s not just about selling products for her; it’s about making sure you get exactly what’s right for you

Had to stop by because I forgot my foundation on vacation. The associates I encountered were amazing and led me to the right product quickly so I could get on w my vacation. It was a great shopping experience. Thank you!!!

By the end of our visit, we accidentally left a Universal Studios cup in the store. When we reached the car, my daughter went back to ask about it. One cashier confirmed they had found it, but another employee denied it on August 12 around 9 PM. This was unexpected and disappointing. Since it was a long day and I was already in the car, I couldn’t go back in to resolve it. However, such inconsistent and dismissive attitudes from staff are not what I expect from Sephora. If this is the level of service, it makes me think twice about returning.
