First time ever ordering all the way from USA it was expected to be delivered Tuesday but it came in early I am so happy e packing you guys did amazing will definitely be ordering my color from here always 🫶🏻.

I ordered a bottle of Keune shampoo but received somethng completely different. It was in the correct bottle but was not shampoo. It was beige instead of white, no suds, and smelled terrible. I emailed three times, called four times. No response. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. finally disputed with my credit card company. Beware!

Update: As soon as I posted this review, I received an email from the company. They offered to resend the items or issue a refund. I chose to have the items resent, but since not all the items from my order were in stock, they refunded part of the money and sent the remaining items via UPS to my correct address (I have already received the items). I placed an order on the website on December 31. During checkout with PayPal, an old shipping address appeared on my order — an address where I no longer live. I wanted to cancel the order in order to change the address. However, the order does not appear in my order history at all (which is very strange). I immediately sent an email and also filled out the contact form on the website, but no one responded. The next day, I received an email saying that my order had already been shipped via UPS — to the old address! I contacted the company again: sent more emails, filled out the contact form multiple times, and tried calling, but there was absolutely no response. No one answers the phone. This is terrible customer service. I would NEVER recommend dealing with this company to anyone. Save your time and your nerves.

At first I thought the website looked a bit suspicious because of the prices and reviews, but I decided to give it a try — and I’m glad I did. Shipping to Texas took only about four days, the site works great, and checkout was super fast. Highly recommend this store!

My experience with SleekShop was wonderful. My products arrived in 4 days from the date of purchase. I have no idea why their rating is below a 4 at the lowest. It was definitely a 5 Star on the pricing as well as the shipping time. I'll be ordering from SleekShop from now on!

Very happy with SleekShop customer service. I made a purchase for some hairsprays and I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me with my transaction. I was initially suppose to pick up my order in store and then made the transition to ship to me go smoothly. I received my order today and was very grateful that they went the extra mile to secure the sprays so they wouldn't spill during shipment since that are pump hairsprays.
