SEPHORA

I went in with a list and no knowledge of any of the products. An employee, Amaya, is the only reason I successfully got everything on said list. They were packed with people, an hour before closing, the perfume smell overwhelming. I would have walked out without her help, she was great and didn't laugh when I horribly mispronounced products.

I want to give a big shout-out to Amaya ✨ for her amazing customer service. She was friendly, patient, and really listened to what I needed, even when I couldn’t find the right words to describe it. It was my very first time purchasing from Sephora, and I will most definitely be back. She helped me find the right products without making me feel rushed or pressured. Thank you Amaya!!!

The cashier with the big round glasses was so sweet to me. I dont know her name. It was a thin young caucasian woman

Gabe went above and beyond to help my friend find exactly what she needs to do and his recommendation was spot on. Although the products were not in stock the service was more than exemplary.

I am totally unfamiliar with purchasing make-up items so it was great to receive assistance from very helpful staff. I was able to buy a gift for my mom and she was delighted.

On Saturday April 5th I traveled 1hr and 32min to this Sephora because my local Sephora is a Sephora in Kohls and did not have the items I needed. Upon walking in the store I walked around a little before anyone asked if I needed help then the first associate who helped just pointed me where I needed to go and walked off in a hurry I was left needing help still so I asked another associate who was in a rush brushed me off and called another associate over to help me, this associate was talking so fast and rushing as if she had no time. This store was packed with workers/associates everywhere you turned there was one, way more than I’m use to seeing in most Sephora stores there was more of them than customers. They all were not very helpful, in a rush like it was a bother to ask them one associate turned her back when she seen me walking her way. Then at check out I requested to order an item that was out of stock and the associate at the register just stared at me blankly and then the other associate at the next register helped me but she wasn’t very nice and personable. I am not sure what’s going on in this Sephora but the attitudes and body language of all the associates STINK!! You can tell something is going on maybe management issues maybe they don’t get along….. something because they were not nice to me. I frequent the Sephora back in my hometown almost every weekend and I have never been treated this poorly. I will not be returning to this store. Any items my local Sephora doesn’t have I will have to order online from home and just return if I don’t like. Sad because the store was nice, as in the set up of the store. - As you all see the owner has responded to the post but has not offered any reconciliation or incentive to make up for this nightmare/headache of an experience in the store, nor offered a response of who to further report these concerns to further.
