Saunacuse Infrared Sauna Studio

It's been over a year since I've been, for no good reason other then time flies. Pam was so sweet and welcoming. And I loved the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna and being able to just reach up and touch to change my light options. I bought a package of 5 sessions and I can't wait to go back soon!

A very nice relaxing treat for yourself or partner/friend. The rooms, equipment, and towels are clean. I did the new client special going on right now and I think I’ll probably end up getting one of their monthly bundles!

Love this place! The studio is very clean and I love that you can have a private sauna to yourself. Also, the staff and owner Gina are so friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely love this business. The staff are amazing, the facility is very clean and gorgeous. If you are going to do something for yourself for 30 minutes, just grab a good book or listen to a podcast and get a sauna at Saunacuse. They have great packages you will not be disappointed. Love it here.

Only sauna place in Syracuse that gets real hot. Could use a shower though.

We had a great time at saunacuse! We were in town for a wedding and needed some restoration for our bodies after a huge travel day. Saunacuse was definitely the right answer! The space is clean, the staff is friendly, and the sauna had an amazing sound system! If we are ever back in Syracuse, we will definitely be back!
