Asian Beauty Salon Syracuse

The day before, my daughter had wanted her haircut so we walked in to this salon. Our very first time ever as customers. Sunny was assigned to my daughter, and she asked for long, face framing layers. I was skeptical and hoped he would do the cut correctly for my daughter. AND HE DID!!! My daughter and I were both very happy with her cut, so I immediately booked an appointment with Sunny for the next day (today). I showed up and showed him my reference photo. Again, he cut and styled my hair perfectly. It was magical! I think I just found a new salon to take care of my hair needs in the future! Thanks, Sunny! Shuping absolutely nails it every time! Such a cute salon and she made me feel very comfortable. All I had to do was show her picture references & mention a few things I’m particular about - and she knew exactly what to do. She also confirmed what I wanted before she started cutting. I drive an hour to see her because she’s worth it!!! So happy I found her! 🩷🩷🩷 Also this salon is above the Asian food market. So when you enter the store, go through the left sliding doors and go up the stairs immediately to the right. 🙂

Amazing service + talented hairdresser! I really loved my experience here! I’ve been going here for several years and they always do really well. I’m really happy with my haircut, and the blow-out turned out a lot better than I imagined 😀

The staff are very friendly, and the hairstyling skills are extremely professional. This is one of the few really good hair salons in Syracuse. I will definitely come back again. It was a fantastic experience. Parking is also very convenient, right next to the supermarket.

We’ve always gotten our haircuts at this Chinese salon on the second floor of the Asian supermarket in Syracuse, and this place has been here for over a decade. My husband only lets the stylists here cut his hair, and I’ve been following him to get my hair done here as well. The owner has been in Syracuse for many years and we’ve known her for a long time. This time, they recommended a new stylist who recently came from New York, named Hua. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the owner assured me he was great. I decided to give it a try since I’m not too picky, and I’m so glad I did! Hua did a fantastic job, was very detail-oriented, and I was really happy with the result. They even took some photos for me afterward. I definitely recommend Hua if you’re looking for a new stylist her

I had an incredible experience here with Shuping! I came in for a hair color and haircut and she made my hair look just like the photos I showed her. She was very attentive and took her time. I highly recommend coming here!!

Fantastic female owned salon! Just moved to the area and was desperately needing to find a new salon. The reviews looked good and it was conveniently on the second floor of the Asian Supermarket (which is also amazing). Shu Ping is so friendly and made sure to ask me questions about my hair history and what I wanted to ensure that I would love my new hair cut. She first washed my hair and I sat in a very comfortable chair that MASSAGED my back!? What a DREAM! Shu Ping underscoring EXACTLY what I was asking for and would check in from time to time to make sure I was happy with her work. I will absolutely be coming back!!! I also heard they are opening a new location in Ithaca next month (April 2025) and Shu Ping will be traveling to both salons!! Thank you so much Shu Ping!
