SEPHORA

Came in a few days before Christmas to buy some last minute gift cards. Jocelyne welcomed me as I entered the store and said she could help me. Within minutes I had my gift cards. She was a joy to work with! Nice to see a young adult with such a wonderful demeanor and care for her customers!

I wish I could give this experience a 0 but that’s not possible. I went in today to see the products Sephora at Lincoln Center offered but I was met with no welcome inside as well as pessimistic employees with poor attitudes. Not one staff member asked if I was finding everything alright during the whole store visit like Sephora employees are advised to do. I also did not receive a "have a good day" despite the countless employees waiting by the front being unproductive. The store was also not clean and not dusted. Sephora is known for having good customer service and this store does not meet that standard it was overall disappointing.

Today I visit Sephora ( Stockton) .I would like to thanks Jazleen , Nadia who work in Sephora and they both ,where so helpful ,they helped me to find right product they where soft talk with me and my daughter .🥰

This Sephora store is definitely my favorite! I always ONLY shop here when I come back to the US, and this time Coraliz made our shopping experience so much fun and smooth. She was very helpful and professional ❤️ thank you 💕

I woke up this morning after a crazy night of Halloween shenanigans, and the left side of my extension anchor point had come out and my left was hanging down below my ear… I have to sit on a hiring panel Monday morning, and I must look, professional, My regular hairstylist is out of state right now so I called Ulta and viva was able to squeeze me in. She fixed Me up and did an amazing job securing my extension back in place. Thank God! She got me in and out in 27 minutes. Super grateful and thankful she was available. Thank you, Ewa. You definitely saved the day.✌️♥️🥰😘 I posted app before and after pictures, but you cannot even tell in the after pictures where the weft is, she did such a great job!! 10 out of 10, would recommend Her services

Every time I go here, the staff are so nice & knowledgeable. I love all the variety of brands & color selections. They carry colors for all skin tones. So many choices not enough time to look at everything. Always a reason to return.

Whoever is working the counter today 1/31 at 2:20PM, has the absolute worst Customer service. Very disappointing! I put a $200.00 basket down due to her service.
