Bold n beautiful Beauty Supply

I drove an hour to bold N Beautiful I was never greeted when I went in, I bought hair that said "Real human hair " It was blonde clip in extensions. I got home and tried dying them black only discover they were not real hair so the dye I tried four boxes …yes for of black dye on blonde hair came off cleaner then the stores floors, I went to return the extensions explaining they claimed to sell me real hair but it indeed was fake. I was helped at and told to go sit down and wait , the clerk rolled her eyes and laughed me, I guess spending two hundred dollars on hair for it to go down the drain is funny when you want a return 😂that’s their customer service for ya I was verbally abused

I've been buying my hair from elloras for years never had an issue. I recently went to try the drip bars clothing. I am plus size I spent over $80 dollars and nothing fit when I went home to try my purchases on . I went back to return the items as you could at any other store to come to find out I could only get in store credit also only on the "drip bar side " they stated . Which I found very inconvenient. I started to look for more clothes to exchange the previous things I have bought to go home try them on to find they don't fit again . I bring them back a second time to get told I can only do in store credit again . It would of been easier to get my money back. Being plus size and trying to buy clothes is hard enough. Felt very discouraging to continue to shop there . There are no dressing rooms so it hard to see what fits and doesn't. keep in mind of their ( no exchange /no returns policy) as I was told it was new .

Wonderful staff, they special ordered a handbag for my wife all custom leatherwork at an amazing price. They do hair extensions so its a 1 stop beauty shop. My wife fell in love with it the minute she got in. The prices are very reasonable for everything they carry, you wont be disappointed.

I went here paid 300 dollars on hair that wasn’t worth 300 dollars and also I paid the stylist Rocky who has a small shop in a gym to do my hair I paid her 90 dollars. She told me if my racks came out to call her because she knew my back was soft and not even a week my tracks are falling out and the sew in closure she did is already coming up. I called asked Rocky when can she do my hair again the tracks are falling out she was very rude and hung the phone up in my face. I recommend to not go to this shop it’s horrible and a waste of money they have a new shop on the SE side of town u heard they are more friendly and have better quality hair.

Not much to choose from in products they basically just carry a lot of hair and is overly pricey, i can't see myself visiting again or giving my service. The staff there is nice and helpful very professional.

Best beauty supply in town. The owner Ellora was very pleasant and helpful with a big personality, hard to forget her. She assisted me with finding products and knows about her products. Would rate more stars if I could.

I love this store and all the products. The owner ellora is a very sweet and wonderful person. May God continue to bless her and what she is doing for her community and st cloud mn.
