I was in the Franklin park mall Ulta today Nov 30th 2025 with my daughter. We each needed to get several things and had lots of questions about perfume, bronzers, lip masks, etc. Whitney helped us. She honestly went above and beyond with explaining everything to us and walked us all over the store. Took her time with us and made us feel so important. It was the best customer service we have encountered in a very, very long time. God bless you Whitney. You were a true joy to deal with.

I am sensitive to fragrance, so it was great to do order pick up so I could be in and out as quickly as possible. They made sure I received the correct products before I left. Super easy!

Ulta carries almost every brand of cosmetics and beauty supplies I use. The staff are amazing and always ready and happy to help. If they are out of something I need they always offer to help me order it online. When I'm going to leave the country, I like to stock up on my supplies. The Ordinary is my go-to line for skincare. They carry most of what I use in store which makes it convenient. The two things I wish for? I wish they carried Thrive Causemetics and that they had stores outside the U.S.
