Needed some new skincare items and heard they were having a sale. Unfortunately only members of their club qualify. The more you have spent in the past, the bigger your discount. I am so tired of gimmicky sales. I refuse to join any club, you are not worth it. I won't be shopping at your sale. I wanted to, I need some things, but this really sounds like a "SALE, NOT A SALE". Lose the gimicks and treat your customers better.

I just recently got eye make up done here on a whim and loved it! When I usually go in to browse products, everyone is friendly and willing to help, but not pushy. I don’t do or wear a lot of makeup, but just starting to get more interested in it. Ari was a skilled artist who listened and was willing to do a spooky, smokey eye on me. I usually never wear a full face of make up, so I was specific that I only wanted my eyes & brows done and she was understanding. The pictures don’t do it justice, because it looked SO good I walked out feeling so cool 😎 I felt like a warrior princess turned party girl ✨🗡️ I already booked another appointment, because it was so fun and she made me look so cool! I highly recommend trying out the services!

Very helpful staff. I visited this location from out of state. I had never been to a Sephora before Ever. They were very helpful and friendly.

Stopped in looking for a certain perfume and found waaay more than that. Huge selection of smelly good and cosmetics. Staff was not intrusive and polite. Prices a little spendy.

Friendly knowledgeable service from Maya! They helped color match me and helped me get a couple samples of foundation. They also gave me other product recommendations I asked about, and helpful tips and tricks to help my makeup stay longer. Thank you!

My daughter and I shop at Sephora whenever we are traveling as we don't have a standalone store where we live. We were excited to find this one in the River Park Mall. Unfortunately, the three young ladies working on 8/3/25 were incredibly rude. We weren't greeted when we arrived, we weren't asked if we needed help, and when we asked for help finding items several times and were met with vague answers and judgemental eyebrow raising. We won't be spending our money at this location again.

I walked into Sephora to find a new foundation. Found myself in the perfume section; but, was instantly greeted by Danielle. She asked me what I was looking for; and, I went over my skin concerns with her. She then passed the torch to Bri who then, expertly, matched my skin tone. I further discussed with Bri what I was looking for in a foundation; and, what I didn’t like about my other foundation. She had the perfect suggestion for my skin type, personal concerns, & skin tone. Also… Talk about teamwork & excellent customer service. Bri & Danielle worked hand in hand to give me exactly what I wanted. Bri then suggested other new products for me to check out & hooked it up on the samples. It was nice to have a consultation; and, super cool to see all the technological advances Sephora has these days. Thank you ladies! Also… I highly recommend going to Bri for any skincare needs. She was amazing : )
