I was so blessed to have walked in and met Christina today! She was so helpful, and pointed me in the right direction for products that would work well for my 40 year old face! The time she took with me meant the world, and this was probably the best service I have ever received in your store since the JCP store was closed. What a blessing she is! Thank You Christina!

I was in about a month ago to set up a Sephora credit card and had such great help! I had quite a few questions about brands/suggestions and everyone was very kind and helpful. I spoke with Esther, Izzy, Dianna, Jimena and Taylor! The entire crew was great 🙂

Love this store! The staff is very helpful & kind. Found all of the products we were looking for.

I was in there last week after work for a few key items. I was greeted by Maddi and she helped me find everything I needed. She was incredibly pleasant to work with. Even after I accidentally rocket shot bright red cloud paint everywhere. Not only did she clean up the shelf, she wiped me down with a smile while I stood there embarrassed for making a mess. I will definitely come back to see her! Thank you Maddi!! When I got to the counter, they were very sweet and professional as well. Reminded me I got to choose a birthday gift and took great care of me!

Great items, but so overwhelming I had workers crowding me I think I had 8 people come up at ask me if I needed any help, let me shop please! And then I was looking at items and workers kept asking me if I was ready to check out when I was obviously not. They are trying to he helpful but it’s WAY to much and wayyy to pushy and causes a bad experience. And so many of the workers were crowding the isles talking about drama in their personal lives or useing the product testers. And always in the way, whenever I walk anywhere
