I almost never leave negative reviews — I prefer to highlight good experiences — but this visit really missed the mark. I stopped into Ulta Beauty today with my young daughter, who was doing what young kids do best: touching everything in sight. As a dad trying to make a quick purchase, I already felt a bit out of place. I knew exactly what I wanted (a specific perfume), but it was locked in a cabinet. Despite being one of the only men in the store, several staff members saw me and seemed to actively avoid helping. After waiting longer than I should have, I finally grabbed a tester and brought it to the front just to ask for a boxed version. What really bothered me — and the reason I won’t be back — was the checkout experience. When I declined to provide my phone number, the clerk told me that without it, I would not be able to return the item. This was said in a way that felt more like a warning than a policy explanation, followed by "I don’t make the rules, I just follow them." I was given a printed receipt, so I genuinely don’t understand why my personal information was still being pushed. Given a recent data breach involving my personal information being inappropriately released by a company with my information, I’m simply not comfortable sharing my phone number. I don’t think that should result in being made to feel like I’m doing something wrong. I try hard to support in-store and local shopping, but experiences like this are exactly why people turn to online retailers. I may not be a big spender at your store, but plenty of other companies are happy to take my money without pressure or attitude. Unfortunately, this visit ensured I won’t be returning.

TERRIBLE service. Wanted a product that stated it was in stock online and I couldn’t find it. I asked the "hair manager" if she knew where it was and she went and looked in the back. 15 minutes go by and I couldn’t find her so I went up to the front and she was checking people out and she said she couldn’t find me but I was waiting by the back looking at products. She was very rude

If I could give this place a negative zero i would, this is a balayage their manager said, it’s not Even close. I went to 3 different Hair salon and they all said this is not a balayage, my skin was irritated from the bleach Or idk what the heck was happening to my neck. Instead of telling me I need to come back a few time. She told me I could come back one more time IF I WANT TOO. I spend A LOT of money at their store, but they don’t know how to be nice to customers who spend a lot money at their store like me., such a disappointment they tried fix the problem after the damage is done. don’t be rude in the first place, I’m a customers if I’m wrong then help me understand that I’m wrong, not give customers attitude. I walked out of their store literally crying, that is what Dislike about the store, but some of the girls that works there is really nice and very helpful, some are just want you to buy the stuff and get the heck out.

Crimson did an amazing job helping my daughter and I decide on every step of our makeup routine. She was very knowledgeable about products, did a great job color matching my foundation and even asked some of her fellow employees for primer suggestions for my oily/combination skin.

Ulta customer service is awful. I went thru 4 different ways to correct an item. They were unhelpful and refused to correct it I tried everything I could to check out my order last night. But due to their issues on their end, things weren't corrected until today. Therefore one of the most expensive items on my list with no longer on sale it ended last night. No help whatsoever. Very disappointed. The in-store employees are amazing though. Just want to add that part. The images are from the chat supposedly with a human being. I have my doubts now.

Have just about anything beauty products you want. high and economic end.

I have been going to Iraima for any type of styling for my daughters and myself for about a year since having a really bad experience with another prestigious salon in town. I really enjoy my time and leave always pleased and satisfied with any service. She is one of the best along with Joanna & Jennifer. They are all great people and very knowledgeable when it comes to their products or any product in the store. If they do not know they make sure to find an answer and lead me in the right direction. I feel very welcome every time. Thank you 😊
