Aesop Capitol Hill

Amaya was very kind in helping me through the process of not receiving a refund after a month. Visited several times and she was always so helpful with amazing customer service. We meed more Amayas in the world. Managers could be a bit more friendly when helping her process the refund, the room felt a bit tense and they barley spoke or even made eye-contact with me. Maybe this if feedback on their customer service or maybe i just caught them on a bad day. Who knows! Anyway I love Aesop, and their products

We live in Vancouver, BC and are unable to purchase Aesop sunscreen — there might be an ingredient banned in Canada. Anyway we made the trip to Seattle and were able to stock up! The gentleman assisting us was pleasant to talk to and very helpful. He provided some very generous samples as well. See you guys next time 🙂

Eric at this location was absolutely fabulous. We went through all of the scents and spoke on the notes of each one. We spent about 20 minutes talking. 10/10 experience!

Got an incense here before and I decided to try the Resurrection Aromatic Handwash with the Hand Balm after getting a new apartment. Store experience was awesome the person who help me demonstrate how to used /apply the product properly. The store have its own sink where you can wash your hands and try on the products. You don’t need to used a lot in order for the product to work. A little goes a long way. My hands feels clean without dryness feeling and the balm works like magic, moisturising without the greasy feel. Will definitely buy the set again as soon as I ran out.

The Capitol Hill location always has friendly staff and near empty traffic. They help you find exactly what you need and are very knowledgeable about their products. They also serve complementary tea. Products are available to try and they will even have samples. The products are super long lasting due to the quality.

Very pleasant store with great service. Expensive but very well made and high quality products. I own their tame hair serum and it's the best hair product I've ever used.

This top review goes to the gentleman working at the Capitol Hill location, who ever so kindly made my afternoon a couple of days ago. I won't go into the whole story, cause he knows what he did. After breaking my large HWYL, cologne I was pretty devastated, and when asked if he could help me , he said.... He'd replace it for me, at no charge. THIS ISN'T A SHOUT OUT TO RETURNING ITEMS AFTER YOU BROKE THEM AT HOME, I am saying accidents happen, and this gentleman is just one of the extra reasons I love shopping at Aesop!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!
