I loved my pedicure. It was so relaxing- reclining chair, eye pillow, warm neck wrap, blanket, and a dark, quiet room. My feet were super soft and the polish looked great. Kristina did a wonderful job! Albeit very pricey for a pedi- this is definitely a once or twice a year treat!

Scheduled a 60 minute pedicure with Kristine. She did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend her. She was very friendly, courteous and professional. The front desk receptionist Isabel (?sp) was also very friendly. Services are expensive but nice for an occasional splurge.

I loved my massage and it a relaxing place. I had a gift certificate and they were unable to locate in the system and my appointment ran late. They did pamper me while I waited. I would return, but not my most favorite place.

Bad business practices!!! I’m extremely disappointed and honestly frustrated, and this is not something I ever do. I was given a $250 gift card after the loss of a family member. We didn’t realize at the time that the local location had already shut down. Even so, the website still allowed us to purchase a gift card and select our city and state. It wasn’t until afterward that I found out the location was no longer open. I emailed the company right away asking for a refund and have now reached out three to four times with zero response. I don’t understand why gift cards are still being sold for locations that are permanently closed, and I’m even more confused as to why no one has bothered to respond or help fix this. It feels careless and unprofessional, especially given the situation. If I do hear back after posting this, I’m more than willing to update my review. But after multiple attempts to get in touch and no acknowledgment at all, I feel people should know what they might be dealing with.

I love MeSpa - I go here for everything, nails, waxing, facials and massage. Services are excellent every time. Super clean and calming atmosphere makes this a great place to relax, alone or with a group. They have great attention to detail and I always leave feeling calm and refreshed.

I had been saving my gift card for a special visit, only to be shocked at checkout when I was told it had already been used. Who allows customers to redeem someone else’s gifted gift card? That makes no sense and is incredibly unprofessional. Had I known my card was already at $0, I never would have scheduled the appointment in the first place... To make matters worse, the staff showed no sympathy and handled the situation poorly, dismissive, inconsistent, and essentially telling me to "just pay up." Additionally, the package I booked was at a sale price and they cancelled it due to construction. Then, when I rebooked, they charged me to full amount and said the sale was over so they cannot honor the discount. Instead of leaving relaxed, I left embarrassed, stressed, and angry. Between the mishandling of the gift card and the rude, unprofessional service, I will never return and cannot recommend this spa to anyone. Like other comments here DO NOT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS
