Cos Bar Santa Fe

Love this place! Staff was awesome. I can't remember the gentleman that helped me when I first walked in but he was great!! I really enjoy smelling the fragrances and not being pressured. Just like to take my time and look up the notes. They were not high pressure sales people. The have niche fragrances which was what I was looking for. I am not from the area but will definitely go back with I am in town. Thank you for giving me samples with my purchase definitely will be buying 3 of the full size bottles.

I have only ever had positive experiences here. Not only is the selection of products impressive, but the customer service is some of the best that I've ever experienced. The staff is informative, polite, and enthusiastic about the products they sell. Santa Fe Cos Bar is top tier.

Wonderful experience and customer service from Monica, Jen and Kim. Had the most fun getting makeup done and seeking new products for my sensitive skin. Very knowledgeable and creative with their recommendations. Won’t go anywhere else!

Great place to buy Makeup. The staff also friendly and lovely. She help me a lot. I hope she get back home safely. I hope i will see you again Ms Tyra. I brought something for my sister. Moderate price for me.

LOLOLOL just buy your stuff online and save yourself the attitude of the rude employees. I keep my nails short because I am an artist. The girl just trashed my natural nails and the fact I mentioned wearing Lauara Mercier.

I visited this shop a while ago, but what I walked away with still bothers me like two years later because I still have the expensive, bad make up they sold me and I just decided to throw it away because looking at it upsets me. The girl who helped me was very sweet, but that doesn't excuse selling me this trash. I tried on lipsticks and they ended up not having the one I picked out and she instead sold me one she thought was comparable, but is actually very orange. The mascara has an elephant on the tube and gives me raccoon eyes; both of these things are visually unappealing.

We love the Cos Bar (esp. Jenn). We missed friends and family days, but were there about 6 weeks ago and always feel welcomed and taken care of. (I meant to write a review then of all the great products we took home, but the real standout was the Cle de Peau Foundation, it is beautiful). I already have it, but picked it up for my daughter (She is an adult). The Tom Ford fragrances are my favorite. Jenn really cares about your story and listens to what you are looking for. We are going in tomorrow to buy gifts for our Mothers Day friends and friends in town for Santa Fe Native Fashion Week and my daughter and I are looking forward to our time in the store.
