My wife likes to get her cosmetics and skin care products from here. They have more stock here than in other locations. And now they have buy one get one half off promotion.

Yesterday Monday at around 3ish I came in to look at a couple of things. The Asian lady working resgister genuinely has no customer service and was very aggressive

Like some others have pointed out, the customer service here was absolutely atrocious. I came here to buy a cushion blush I loved to use years ago but forgot the shade. All but one tester were dry, so I asked the cashier if I could please get a new tester to use and she said no. Okay, fine-bought the one color that actually had product to try out. At checkout she kept rushing me to pay even though my friend and I were the only 2 people inside the store and the store was open for another 2.5 hours. After scanning the card, the woman tells me they have a no refund policy. Isn't this something to mention beforehand? I love in person beauty stores but treating people this way is unacceptable! The woman's name was Hyunyoung.

Love that you can try different Korean brands (both upscale and drug store brands) here. They have Tirtir, the beauty of Jeseon, Cleo, history of Whoo, Sulwhasoo etc. Price is a bit higher but trying before buying saves $$ from getting a product online for cheaper but end up not liking.

Ever since I discovered this place Ive been coming here. They always have good sales on their face masks. In which the face masks are very good quality and leave my skin looking very smooth and glowy. If you need recommendations you can ask the lady in the front she was very helpful and provided which masks to use if one has dry or oily skin.

The woman that works here is so rude for no reason. On the phone with AirPods in and ignoring questions. I don’t recommend going here if you’re actually looking to buy stuff and get help with products. She didn’t let us test the testers so I have no idea what they’re even out for and she asked us if we were buy anything, which we were, but she said if not to get out. The products are fine but the service is not. Low-key felt like I was experiencing a hate crime- Maybe if I was a pretty Korean girl the woman wouldn’t have been so rude.

Upon entering I was welcomed and immediately received help. The lady was friendly and asked me questions on what skin problems I had and showed me products that would help. Not to mention, she didn’t push to sell the product like others usually do. Instead, she gave me an alternative option aka buy the travel size kit. Test it out, if it works come back and buy the bigger size. Due to my acne prone skin, and how it’s really sensitive, surprisingly, I actually liked the product (Dr. Belmeur cleanser, toner, moisturizer, salt cream). I saw quick results over night! 😭 Honestly, this is the best place for skin products!!!! I can’t wait to go back and buy more stuff!!!!!
