I had a wonderful experience at this great store due to all their excellent cosmetic brands they have available there. Then Kate devoted her time and knowledge of their products, finding the best ones for me. She skillfully showed me how to apply these products so I can duplicate the look at home. Her patience, and ability to make the whole experience fun with her up and bubbly personality was great. I highly recommend this store and Kate to anyone looking for personalized treatment that fits what you were hoping for when you walked in the store.

Went here a while back and started to think to myself I must go back to Santa Barbara and do some more shopping at Bluemercury! Purchased some amazing items and they gave me a bunch of samples which is amazing while traveling!

Kaylie at the SB store was amazing! She went above and beyond to locate my favorite Chantecaille perfume (Petales) that had just been discontinued. So grateful. Several other stores simply told me it was no longer available. Thank you Kaylie! She was able to locate 2 bottles for me. Now I will be able to surprise my sister with this lovely B-day gift.

Kalie at the downtown Santa Barbara, blue Mercury store was awesome!! She went above and beyond helping me with my Christmas shopping. She also wrapped my gifts beautifully making me feel proud to give them as Christmas gifts. Thank you Kalie!!! Blue Mercury is lucky to have you as an employee!!

Worst experience of my life! worst service, I think one of the saleswomen has racist views... She treated me as if I came to steal something and had no money... Don't judge someone by their clothes! by their appearance! I've lived in SB for three years and this is the first such incident... never again shopping in this store!

Kaylee and the Bluemercury team are incredibly helpful. I am extremely sensitive and have horrible reactions to skin products. Kaylee went as far as to breakdown every ingredient in every product that I've had a reaction to in order to figure out what is causing the issue so that I can avoid certain products and ingredients moving forward. She had half a binder worth of ingredients written out for my face and went through each one with me, she is extremely knowledgeable. I no longer have negative reactions and my face is feeling 10x better thanks to the team a Bluemercury.
