I go there all the time for my Beaty supplies. I do my own hair & my daughters. Also buy my shampoo & conditioner hair packs, lipstick, blush & more. The Beaty staff are really nice & helpful. ♡♡♡ They always have what i need! 😃

Awful store! They encourage me to buy a product. I got home my son didn’t want to switch to a different product. Next day I came to exchange to the old product that he was used to it. They refused to exchange. The product was not open. In perfect condition. Very unfriendly person. They lost a customer forever. Please be careful.

My mom bought me a hairdryer for Christmas. I wanted to get a different one and asked her to return it for a store credit and I would pay the difference for one that was more expensive from there. She went in and asked to exchange it and told them why I did not prefer the one she bought and they refused to exchange it. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. If your management decided this is an exception, let me know. Otherwise I’m just going to spend my money at cosmoprof on a different hairdryer instead of paying your business more for an exchange. *let me add I had brain surgery two months ago and so holding this heavy hair dryer is extremely difficult and I need to be careful with the 6 inch incision site on the back of my skull. Please reconsider. I don’t care what the receipt says. It’s the holidays and the 7 day rule should not apply when it was a gift. Especially if I’m willing to buy one that’s more expensive.

This review is not about the store, but about an employee who insulted me. I asked for a particular hair product, which Cindy showed me. I asked if there was something better I should consider, and she took the time to show me a few pricier options. In the end, I went with the product I came for and, upon checkout, I told her that I couldn’t see paying twice the price for something I use so little of, that I’m not a big spender on myself. She then said, "oh I can understand when you’re older and you have a family and have to save money for your kids or something. My mom stopped taking care of herself too." 😳 I don’t know that she meant to insult me, but someone needs to educate this young woman on tact. A person doesn’t need a reason to choose saving money over spending it. I literally almost asked for a refund as she’s handing me my change, but I’m "too old" to go hunting around town for something I needed now. This will unfortunately affect my willingness to go back to this beauty supply store. Sorry, owners!
