There’s no disappoint in Shopgood. I’ve been a loyal client for years! My esthetician is the best for my facial needs, the ladies at the front desk are sweet, always helpful about products, and the store is designed to freely shop as well.

Devin is the best! She takes the time to know you, your routines, your lifestyle, and your skin to give you the best facial and skincare recommendations if you desire them. She is intuitive in so many ways whether it’s when conversation or silence is needed and of course her touch. Just a 100/10 experience all around and something I look forward to for months when I book my next. Too good and highly recommend!

I booked the Super Clear Facial at Shop Good to help with hormonal acne and dark spots, and it did not disappoint! The treatment included LED light therapy and oxygen dome therapy, both of which left my skin feeling deeply cleansed and refreshed. I also really appreciated the soothing hand and arm massage as well as the relaxing music. Lisa did a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I left glowing and picked up the Botina Clarify Oil, which I’m excited to keep using at home. The only thing I didn’t love was the sunscreen used at the end of the facial. It left a little white cast on my face. Next time, I’ll just request a more suitable option for my ethnic skin. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Finally taking the time to share how amazing Shop Good is. If you are looking for clean beauty, love discovering new brands or want the best holistic facial of your life, you found it. I have been shopping here for over 8 years and I am always impressed by how well curated the brands are. Also major bonus points for incredible service.

I have suffered with severe atopic dermatitis for 30 years and it has made doing any type of girl self care things like getting my hair done or facials very uncomfortable and disappointing… I booked shop good on a whim and was in an active eczema flare on my head chest and arms. By the end of the sculpt facial I was improved by at least 60 percent and immediately asked to purchase any products she had used on me. Mind you,I’ve got two bathrooms stocked full of products I have tried for relief over the years. Part of the improvement was definitely due to how relaxed and how amazing the massage itself was. I will say it is something I personally cannot afford to due as often as I could probably use but I will definitely return as a splurge or gift to myself as a mom of three in the future!

I love shopping at one paseo location! They have really high quality and clean skincare brands that I can't find in other stores. I know everything is curated towards non toxic and that makes it a delight shopping in there. Everyone is really helpful with colors and recommendations

Update: Thank you for your response, Leah, and your generous offer too. I will not be coming back in but I wanted to relay to you that your manager is not telling you the truth.. There were NO other customers in the store. I was there at 12:15. I mentioned that your aesthetician was finishing up with her client but the other employee was not busy. Absolutely no one else was at the store. No one even called the store while I was there. So your employees are not being truthful with you. I hope this well-deserved one-star review reaches the store manager, and I truly hope my experience was a one-off — though I doubt it. I suspect many customers who were treated the same way simply didn’t bother leaving a review because they knew they wouldn’t be coming back. This was my first visit to the store. When I walked in on Friday, Dec 5th, the woman at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me at all. The other employee (the aesthetician) was busy chatting with another customer who was selecting post-facial products. I came in specifically to purchase a certain product. I found the brand but not the item I needed, so I approached the front desk. The employee told me they didn’t carry that product and immediately went back to what she was doing. No offer to help me find an alternative, no suggestion to order it, no follow-up questions — nothing. I then asked about a sunscreen I wanted to try and showed her a photo from their own website. She said they carried it but wasn’t sure about my shade. After finding a box of the sunscreens, she placed it next to me, told me I’d likely need a lighter shade than I thought, squeezed a few colors onto a napkin, and walked away. She never offered to help shade-match or assist in any way. I had to call her back over because the lighting was too dim to see anything. She handed me a small mirror and told me to go outside to check the shades, then took the entire box of sunscreens away and returned to her desk — she came back a few minutes later to grab her phone but still completely ignoring me. At that point, it was clear she did not care at all, despite the fact that I came in ready to make multiple purchases. I waited for the aesthetician to finish with her customer, hoping at least she might acknowledge me or offer help. Instead, after chatting, she walked right into the back without even noticing me standing there. Overall, this was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional retail experiences I’ve ever had. I only use clean products, live 5 min away and am a professional in a holistic field. I am their ideal customer but of course I left without buying anything and I won’t be returning.
