I’m really happy Zala stopped carrying my shade for hair extensions because it brought me into Solyana Beauty to find an alternative option. The woman with the curly hair, Aster, who helped me was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I found the extensions that were right for me. She was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and was truly just a genuine friendly person. I look forward to going back again!

beyond wonderful service! Fess, the manager of the store showed great customer service and helped my friend and I pick out some fun wigs! Spent over an hour here trying on different styles and just had a wonderful and FUN experience! We will defiantly be back!! They also carry a great selection of colored contacts, fake eyelashes, and makeup for great prices 🙂

Fer was amazing and helped me out with some hair extensions. He didn't have my color in-stock but assured me if he ordered them for me they would arrive within a week and was correct! Love the quality of the human hair extensions. Excellent quality and service!

Worst customer service ever! The business owner/ supervisor has no manners or customer service at all. We had an incident where we purchase our products from the store that is located by the food court. The employee forgot to place our product in our bag. We didn’t notice until we got home. We called the number on our receipt and that’s when Esther answered and had nothing but nasty things to say to us. She wasted our time and was extremely disrespectful went as far as calling us liars and thieves. After such mal treatment I didn’t even want to do business with her and asked for a refund. That’s when she really flipped out again and yelled and continued to be disrespectful. At this point I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with her or this brand. If I find out this post is taken down. I will rewrite on here.

I have purchased 2 Hair pieces. I love them both. Such good quality of the hair piece. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! The customer service is incredible. Very helpful, had suggestions on what I might be looking for. I even received a follow up call to see how the hair pieces were working for me. I will definitely purchase more hair peices in the future!!!
