Customer Reviews
Beauty Corner has a rating of 3.7 out of 5 based on over 74 reviews on Google
Wow… I was going to check out this store, but after reading many reviews and especially the manager’s responses to the reviews, I’m glad I dodged a bullet there lol Definitely not coming here. I stand by the customers who were mistreated at this store It also seems like the manager from four months ago is different than the manager from a year ago. The replies seem different. One is just rude while the other one knows better.
Such a lovely place for luxury skincare. The staff really knows their stuff—so patient and helped me figure out what would work best for my skin. I didn’t feel rushed, which was nice, and the products! They feel so rich and just... luxe. You can tell they’re serious about quality here. It’s not cheap, but honestly, it felt worth the splurge. Left feeling pampered and kind of excited to start using everything.
I’ve shopped here a few times and always had a great experience. Despite living over an hour away, I made the trip back and purchased multiple products. However, on several occasions, I’ve been denied service when trying to return. Today, I arrived around 4:50 PM, already anticipating issues based on past experiences and customer reviews. I had seen responses from the owner stating that the public hours are 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday through Sunday, yet, unsurprisingly, the door was locked, and I was told service was by appointment only. I showed the staff their own response regarding store hours, and after being told to wait, we were finally let in at 5:00 PM. Once inside, I noticed the worker closely watching us, though she was polite when I spoke to her. I shopped anyway. While I understand the need for security measures, I believe some aspects of the store’s policies create an unwelcoming environment for certain customers. Based on other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who has felt this way. Additionally, some responses to customer concerns have been dismissive rather than addressing the real issue. Many complaints simply stem from people wanting fair access to the store. Another point of confusion is that the front door does not reflect the "appointment-only" policy, making it unclear to customers when they can actually enter. I’m sharing my experience because I want others who have felt mistreated here to know they’re not alone—and that their concerns are valid. I truly enjoy shopping here and would love to continue supporting this business, but I hope they reconsider their policies to create a more welcoming experience for ALL customers.
The metal gate was closed, and when I asked if they were open, the lady said yes. Instead of opening the gate, she aggressively asked, "Are you buying?" Excuse me? Can’t I browse without committing to buy? I said I just wanted to look around, and she asked if I had added their WeChat. When I said I didn’t use WeChat, she reluctantly opened the gate. While I was browsing, she kept following me, repeatedly asking if I needed anything, despite me saying I was just browsing. The experience was awful. As I was leaving, I saw another lady locked outside, almost in tears after driving a long way. The clerk refused to open the gate for her until I asked her to unlock it so I could leave. Plus, the products were overpriced compared to other stores and many items were out of stock.
Very bad experience the staff is very aggressive and they bother too much they don’t let you look at anything comfortable and if you take out your cell phone they start telling you that you can’t do it, I don’t recommend it
The workers in this store follow you around as you shop as if you are going to steal. Definitely not because they are trying to help you. They did not ask me if I had any questions, just followed and whispered to each other. Most bizarre experience ever! Then when I got up to the register to pay (for 2 lip glosses and a baby tooth paste), they rang me up AND TOOK A PICTURE OF MY DEBIT CARD! I will never leisurely shop here again and do not recommend that anyone spends money at this store.
I’ve been wanting to come to this place for a while now, I get there and realized they didn’t open until 11:30 so I waited, to find out I was not allowed to come in because I didn’t have an appointment. I was parked right in front of the store, so I seen a family of 4 walk in right before me without showing any proof of having an appointment. Not only does the store have any signs of having to make an appointment to come in, but nor does it show online and employees are extremely rude. Definitely recommend a different location. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to coming here
