Jennifer the manager was outstanding. Went above and beyond to help me. Only going to this storefrom now on. Calling ahead to make sure she is working. THANK YOU

I normally would never do this I just had such a weird experience yesterday. I was doing a color correction and needed a certain color that their app said was in stock. I went before work in the morning and didn’t see it there so I asked the manager if she’d be able to check if it was in the back for me. She looked up from her phone at me and rudely stated "I could but I’m not gonna because our shipment comes on Thursday". She seemed bothered I asked one simple question and it through me off guard because she didn’t even ask what product I was looking for. I then told her that the app said it was in stock and she rolled her eyes and went in the back for a few seconds before returning saying she didn’t find it.

The staff here has always been friendly, and when there are sales, they actually call me to let me know. I dont currently live in the area but work in the Rocklin area twice a month. So it's the place i go to stock up

Some products that are sold online are not sold in stores,

The new manager/Rep Ashlyn was great!! She was very patient and took the time to find me perms without thio and ammonia. Love this area better.

Horrible customer service. Worker seems to be always angry! if you have a question, you better Google it cause they won’t answer.

Jordan’s the best!!! super knowledgeable and sweet, whenever I need help she points me in the right direction great customer service.
