Miniso

I’m new to the area and decided to check this place out. Overall the store is pretty organized. Some items do not have prices on them. I asked an employee to price check for me and they did so with no problem. It’s a great location with other things to do nearby. When it was time to check out I was kindly assisted to create an account for an extra discount. I had a great experience and employees were nice. I would definitely come again.

So in love with this place, its always clean and organized inside the store. The employees are extremely friendly and welcoming they make the experience a 10/10. So happy with this new location as it’s closer to where I am as well! I recommend shopping here they have the cutest things and perfect for gifts.

Great customer service all the workers were super nice and greeted me. One of the workers was very sweet and helped me multiple times every time i come in the store im so happy to see them and talk to them!!

Cute store! Staff was nice, they helped me find blink boxes that other stores didn’t have. Lots of new stuff I haven’t seen. I’m happy with my purchases!

I had a great experience at this Miniso location. I walked in looking for a gift for my girlfriend and wasn’t totally sure what to get, but one of the sales associates was incredibly helpful. They showed me a few options, explained the differences, and helped me find something that was cute, thoughtful, and exactly what I needed. The store was clean, organized, and easy to browse, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need a gift!

I absolutely adore cute stationery, pens, stickers, etc. as well as an anime fan. There aren’t many stores in the area other Lil’Thingamajigs and the TESO Life stores, both of which are great and carry similar products, but I find Miniso to be a bit more affordable. They also have a large variety of blind boxes. The store is clean, organized, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The only thing I would criticize is that I noticed several items without price, but other than that, I had a great experience and will definitely be back! 🙂

Very disappointed in this particular location. The store is fairly new so I was expecting a warm welcome but was greeted with rude teenagers with absolutely no customer service training. The staff were all huddled at the register and conversating with each other while the store was packed and not assisting any customers. I got to the register and the girl seemed like she did not want to be there, I showed her a coupon that I had and she immediately told me that it was not going to work without even trying. Another young lady then had to correct her and told her that it was ok to use. I understand it still early but the hiring process should have been handled more meticulously.
