The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. My skin has never looked or felt better! You can truly tell they care about their clients and their craft. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and exceptional service. In addition the owner is absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and truly passionate about what she does. It was incredibly relaxing, and the results were noticeable immediately - my skin felt hydrated, refreshed, and visibly brighter. She took the time to explain each step of the process and tailored the treatment to my skin's needs, which I really appreciated. The attention to detail and level of care were top-tier. I’ve been coming to Urban Aesthetics monthly for a Hydrofacial and brows for several years. All the aestheticians are excellent! So welcoming and professional. They are very knowledgeable in the treatment room and about what products to recommend. Never pushy which is something I appreciate. They all really care about their clients! And I leave with beautiful, glowing skin every time! Can’t recommend this place enough.
