I always have such a great experience at this location. The employees are top notch and make me feel so welcome. Emily and another girl (of course I’m spacing on the name) helped me. They were amazing. Definitely recommend this location to everyone always. Thank you ladies <3

Booked a hair and makeup appointment only to have it cancelled because the stylist called in sick while I understand things happen people get sick but for a pretty successful business not have a backup makeup artist is just bad business. While thankfully it wasn’t my wedding day it still is bad business. Will never book with them again until they realize jee maybe we should hire a backup just saying.

This is the last time I will shop with Ulta. Came in for my birthday gift and was told I had to have a barcode, which is new because I NEVER needed one and they could grant it after I put my number in. Second, why put up a sign something is on sale if you’re just going to argue that it isn’t? Do better. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from here on out.

I went into Ulta looking for skincare products, I haven’t shopped for skincare in a long time, so I was ready to spend a good amount of money. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I spent over an hour in the store browsing the skincare section, and not once did anyone approach me to offer help or recommendations. The only two interactions I had were: 1. A woman from the Estée Lauder counter who tried to sell me one of her products (she was nice, but I already use some Estée Lauder and was hoping to explore other brands). 2. A cashier who looked over a few times and eventually asked if I wanted a bag, that was it. For a store focused on beauty and skincare, I expected better customer service and at least some assistance from knowledgeable staff. I had to Google products on my phone just to figure out what might work for me. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I won’t be returning to this Ulta. They really need to improve their customer service, especially for customers who are ready to spend but just need some guidance.

Went to this location with the intentions of purchasing a gift for someone and a new fragrance for myself but was met with an employee who felt the need to stare down my shoulder while shopping the entire time. I understand protecting goods but to literally sit there, stare and stand in the same isle as me is quite overboard . And to make me feel uncomfortable to the point I just want to leave. I purchased nothing and will not be returning.
