Wow Beauty Supply Store

Lashes I’ve been buying for years: price went about a whole dollar and quality went down. It’s 5 in the pack, now when you trying getting them off the packaging, the lashes easily easily pulls apart. The most I could piece out of the packs are mayb2 and save an extra one. 😞😞😞😱

I stopped going to this location because the service has deteriorated so over the years. I use to go here on the regular- got tired of the nasty workers. However, today, I was near the store and thought I would run in and see if they had braid clamps. The cashier directed me to the section where the clamps were. I found two different clamps- or what was suppose to be clamps- and bought them. The back of the pkg directions says to open the clamps and attach to the hair. I drove to another location, opened the pkgs, and found the items were not clamps and did not open. I took them right back to the store. The lady who had assisted me before refused to give me my money back. Another employee was yelling what the store policy was..I asked her to stay out of it as she was not there when I specifically asked for clamps. This employee started referring to me as crazy. They sold me a product that was not as described on the pkg, and wouldn't give me my money back. Who is crazy?? I left the product in the counter and walked out. This location does not practice good customer service and rude employees are the norm. Spend ur money somewhere else.

Gross experience. I don’t know what happened to this place but the owners seem to be the only ones there these days. Manager barely speaks and understands English. A lot of weird scams going on and the place is in general very dirty. I used to shop here all the time and loved the girls. The owners seem to want to run it into the ground now since I only see them and their horrible customer service :/ way too expensive for such a terrible experience

I would like to give a review of the salesperson Naomi who help me with a wig at the store in Reseda. She was very professional and helpful to me. She made it fun for me to purchase a wig. She knew what I liked in color and style. I would recommend this store to others and also Naomi. Thank you.

Susie and David and their son Paul are wonderful. I have not ever had any problems there in over 2 decades that I have known known them. I’m a second generation in my family with going to this beauty store.I have been going to wow Beauty Supply since my late Aunt bought all of her products from.In the early days that Wow Beauty Supply they first started, and she was a celebrity hairstylist for the late Rick James, and many others. Wow was her go to place. Thank you, Susie, David, and Paul and staff for all that you do!

Today, I purchased two lip glosses from the store. Upon returning home, I discovered that the protective seals on both items were broken. I immediately contacted the store and was informed that I could not exchange the products for sealed ones. Additionally, I was told that it is common for customers to buy lip glosses with broken seals and that it is our responsibility to check before purchasing. If broken seals are a known issue, it would be helpful if store staff checked items before they are sold. As a customer, I did not anticipate needing to inspect the packaging, trusting that the products would be in their original, untampered state. It is disappointing that I am unable to use the products as purchased, and I am further frustrated that an exchange for untampered items is not permitted.

Poor customer service! Sally the store manager, just lost out on 50-60$ just because she refused to exchange the color of a unopened pack of braiding hair I purchased from this location, not even 2 weeks ago! Simple color change, they have a system that clearly indicates I’m a customer that spends good money here. However she thought it was good business to lose above mentioned amount & any future business, my prior visits range from 75- 100$ per visit. I think that was lousy customer service & bad business. I operate on principle , so they just lost a good customer. I prefer to spend my money where I’m valued as a customer. I wrote this review hoping the owner will see it. The pack of hair I was looking to exchange is only about 6 bucks. That was not smart. Keep it mind it was purchased here. Alana the cashier could’ve easily exchanged it when she looked up my number to see the amount of money I spend here, regularly.
