All of the other Ulta stores have Brands like La girl and Revlon and things like that for you to choose from along with the other brands but this one does not and the things that they do have that are more popular are all out of stock . I was trying to look for a particular brand and I went to the side of the store where the Clinique and Estee Lauder and stuff is and there was a black lady there that told me that I shouldnt be on that side of the store because it's the side w prestige Brands. it really made me feel like I didn't belong in the store I don't know why she would say something like that because everyone's coming to the store to get something for particular purpose we're not necessarily already glammed up so it didn't make any sense why she was judging me from my appearance or whatever it is that she thought I didn't know that there were restrictions on where you could walk and shop inside of the store I was trying to ask her where the LA girl concealer was because that's the best concealer that I've used in my skin tone that's full coverage and last time being and she had the nerve to judge me like I'm just some Chief welfare person she doesn't know me I won't be going back to this location or the store not only is it crowded and hard to find things and walk around but they never have a variety of things and different price ranges they're so busy pushing the Korean brands that they don't have the things that made us come to the store in the first place and i don't appreciate that.

Went to different Ulta stores, most store associates are not friendly. They don't say hi; they don't ask if we need help; they gave us attitude when we asked them where things are; they gave us used product(half full) for in store pick up.... It's hard to find stuff there, they have very limited choice in the store.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this Ulta. I carry a larger bag for returns across stores (never had any issues with this) but I feel like the employees seemed to assume I was stealing—tailing me around, whispering to another employee mid-checkout (checkout associate was Sophia but might have been spelled differently) and only changing her attitude once I showed my receipt and took the products out of my return bag. This felt unprofessional and made what’s usually a joyful visit really disappointing. Based on other reviews, it seems Ulta should address customer service and ensure employees create a welcoming atmosphere. I feel like this has happened a few times and only at this location. I’m literally a platinum member and have spent a lot in this shop…to get this kind of treatment is so disappointing. Do better and be better.

I came in with my boyfriend before our date night, fully prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on makeup, skincare, and perfume. I spent about 30 minutes in the store, found a few items I wanted, but couldn’t get any assistance. I walked past four employees multiple times, and instead of offering help, they gave me dirty looks and ignored me. I even stood in the perfume section for over 10 minutes clearly looking for assistance, yet no one approached me. The lack of professionalism was shocking. To make matters worse, the cashier was short, dismissive, and rude during checkout. This was absolutely unacceptable customer service. Do better.

Davis was fantastic! He was incredibly welcoming and took extra care to ensure I felt at ease during my partial highlights. I'm thrilled with the result—the color is beautiful and precisely what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

The foundation shade consultation resulted in an unsatisfactory color match. The consultant's lack of expertise contributed to a negative customer experience. Upon discussing the matter with the manager, a resolution was not offered, nor was any attempt made to address the issue or retain my business. Consequently, all purchased items were returned. Lost a customer!

I came in for makeup only. Had the pleasure of meeting Fay. Somehow got onto the topic of hair. Next thing I know I’m making an appointment to get my hair color corrected after being assessed by one of the stylists Melinda who was with a client but was kind enough to help! 2 weeks later I am getting my hair done by Chanel. I’ve known about Ulta salons but I had no idea the level of quality and talent of stylist they housed there. Chanel asked questions and was communicative the whole time! She was personal and professional! Spacious, clean salon my favorite are the ergonomic shampoo chairs!! The most comfortable I have ever sat in! Thank you Chanel for making me feel beautiful again, Melinda. Ulta Salon Renton, you should be grateful to have these ladies at your location.
