Ulta Beauty

This was my first time visiting this store. It a beautiful setup inside. So many nice items. They carry the Hempz lotion that I love to use and they have it in travel sizes in a 4 pack for $19.99 they also have the Get Dreamy firming toning cream as well. I went in today to get the Good molecules soap. I'm trying to clear up my face and neck from discoloration. Very nice employees, friendly.

I went to Ulta Beauty to get some Sol de Janeiro for my daughter's 11th birthday gift. She loves smelling good and is taking even more pride in her appearance lately. I wanted to be thoughtful and the staff really helped me because I have no clue about beauty supplies haha. Needless to say my daughter was tickled with her Delicia Drench body wash, cream and mist.

I’ve contemplated posting this for a couple of weeks, but I think people deserved the warning so they don’t have to waste their time and patience. This Ulta clearly has a management issue and it’s just not a good experience shopping here. It wasn’t well organized and they were obviously short staffed. The only manager who was around was super rude when I’d asked for help as I couldn’t find what I was looking for when it said online it was in stock in the store and thought it might just be in a different part of the store, she started practically yelling at me because I shouldn’t have needed to ask and if I couldn’t find it it wasn’t in the store and I tried to explain that it said it was in stock and I’d called ahead and talked to a very nice employee who said it was in stock. After I walked away because I was so stunned, I heard her yelling at an employee who had asked her something. She was just very rude and made the whole place feel absolutely atrocious. I will never be shopping here again as management is clearly garbage and I feel bad for the poor employees. How bad the store’s organization and general cleanliness was didn’t help things at all. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I went to this location last week. I was personally very impressed. As I was looking around I was asked by two employees if I needed assistance. I could hear around me that everyone was being assisted. I was still just looking around when the first person asked if I needed help. When the second person asked, I finally gave in and admitted I couldn't find what I was looking for (because I honestly had no idea what I was looking for). I needed a new foundation fast that matched my current skin tone and I couldn't get my normal foundation ordered and shipped on time (it isn't through Ulta). Jada helped me look at multiple brands and took the time to test a few shades on me. She was so dang nice and very helpful. Shout out to Jada for being the angel I didn't know I needed that day. I can only speak for my experience with her and this being my first time at this location, I received 5 star service!

This has to be the best Ulta ever. The staff makes it the best! I walked in here just to look around and everyone in here is so nice. Like truly the staff in there is knowledgeable and so insanely nice.

Lauren was a very helpful and skilled makeup artist who helped me find my perfect colors and a whole new makeup routine that looked natural and could also be flattering on camera. Great experience

Hours posted are inaccurate. Staff shut down early and angrily mouthed that they were closed. I just wanted to get my pick up order really quickly (a 1 minute transaction). I will not drive back over there to get that. Corporate needs to gather them up quickly.
