Shurlis was amazing! She helped me with my return, I was confused about a purchase that i had made thinking there was I discount that should’ve been applied to my receipt however, that was not the case for these products that I specifically picked. So when I went back, she was very welcoming, very patient and super friendly and she assisted me with my returns She explained thoroughly I still what would be a better option since I had new items that I wanted to purchase and then I had told her that I really liked the pen she was using, which she offered me right away! 💕 which I found really sweet. Shurlis needs a raise because also saw that she was very welcoming to the other customers as well.

I go monthly to The Salon at Ulta Beauty & they used Redken products which I love. Myla is so wonderful does an amazing job and she found the perfect hair color for me. Easy to book appts, beyond great prices for treatments and never crowded in the salon.

Lauren was truly awesome, she was so sweet and patient and at no moment made me feel rushed. She was honest and very helpful with helping me choose a tarte concealer and foundation as I’m an oily girl. She was very sweet and I genuinely had a great experience. Thank you for your suggestions Lauren!

worst customer service, i went over there the other day and it was really hard to get someone to help me, whey they did, they did it very poorly, left me waiting for 15 minutes while she was looking in the back and when she walked back you could tell she clearly forgot abt me and was doing something else, then i asked someone else for assistance about another product, the lady told me they didn’t have it at all, just for me to find it at the line later. the worst part was when i was trying to check out my $300 bill! the 2 ladies working at the cashier were extremely rude to me the whole time, making faces, being really loud on me and saying rude things, when i was really nice actually i just needed help with my rewards credit card, and theses women made me call customer service TWICE just because they didn’t want to help me, and kept being rude the whole time, i walked out really upset and actually do never want to come back to this location, which is really annoying because is the only one otw to my house, i hope the staff gets changed because the amount of bad reviews i read just under theses ladies and their service is wild, i hope one day i get to come back

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have never had such an awful salon experience in my life. I paid over $300 and walked out with my hair completely ruined. It looked NOTHING like what I asked for, and the damage was obvious immediately. When I tried to address this with the manager, Christian, he was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. He flat-out said there was "nothing they could do," refused to offer a fix, a refund, or even basic professionalism. Zero accountability. This salon clearly does not care about its clients once they have your money. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted cash — GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER SALON. This place is a complete joke and an absolute nightmare.

Stop what you’re doing and immediately go see Christina and Christian over at the store in Pompano. They are fun and friendly, but inviting atmosphere should be able to talk for beauty, skin care, and all your needs.

10/10 experiences. The staff was so helpful and genuinely nice. They helped me today (1/27/26) when I was locked out of my car. They deserve a hug <3
