Lost my make up bag and flew into MA for a wedding. Decided to book hair and make up at Ulta Plymouth with Isabella M-zero regrets. My make up was flawless and I’ve never had anyone do my thick hair so fast. I loved my look and had great conversation during the session. 10/10 recommend, wish I lived closer !

I just went to Ulta for the first time after realizing I flew to Boston for my niece’s wedding and forgot makeup. Oops! Ran to Ulta last minute and found Nate, who was an absolute godsend. His advice was impeccable and he was so nice to work with. Incredibly helpful and such great positive energy. I would absolutely return to this store just to get his help. Highly recommend the store and especially Nate!

I was thrilled to go to the store however by the time I reach the back of the store I couldn't stand the heat, I was told that they have had no a/c for two years!!!! Stating that the AC was broken. I can't imagine that the company that owns the building would allow that. Or if that is actually legal. That's pretty bad to have employees work under those circumstances this is 2025! The manager who runs that store should be fired. I had to Leave the store less than 510 minutes!

Huge store with wide selection of products! The Salon at Ulta is fabulous. I've had my hair cut & colored here several times. Their online booking is convenient. I recently had my makeup done by a MAC stylist for a photoshoot & had a great experience. The staff here are awesome & always so helpful. Love this Ulta!

Store is clean, well organized, prices are reasonable, and have a wide range of different products such as makeup, perfume, hair care, hair tools, etc. My only gripe is that I’m rarely greeted. Someone who is a little more put together will get a "hi, welcome to ulta, can I help you find anything?" but I wear a hoodie and get nothing. I just don’t think that’s right. But whatever. At the end of the day they get my money.

Amazing store!! Always well stocked with knowledgeable and super kind staff. Got my seconds and thirds pierced by Lauren, and was checked out by Abby! such sweet staff and I absolutely adore my piercings. Favorite Ulta ever
