What can I say other than thank you. I visited herbs by Merlin today and had an amazing experience. Not only was Bobbi present she had a lot of knowledge about the different herbs and what they do. I will definitely make this my go to herbal store not only for the herbs but for the great customer service, the environment but also Bobbi and her team for helping me. I don't know a lot about herbs myself. But the customer service here was excellent, they have free soap samples which were good quality soap in my opinion. All sorts of prepackaged tees, herbs, tinctures, and essential oils. There are also lots of antique trinkets that are part of the gift shop. Definitely recommend coming and taking a look. I have a little bit of everything!

Whoever was running the shop at my time of visit was unknowledgeable on the properties of their products, which is ok, it happens; but unwarranted condescending and sarcastic remarks made to mask your own ignorance is extremely unprofessional, and not how you should communicate with a potential customer.

Great little store if you love herbal teas and holistic health options. This is my go to place nearby for herbal teas. I have their energy tea blend, sinus tea blend and purchased some tinctures and Essiac tea for a coworker recently diagnosed with Cancer. Glad I found this place!!

Small shop , can be pricey on certain items. Went there with a friend and the owner wasnt allowing us to look around without her 👁‍🗨 on us the entire time, felt like she was uneasy around us .
