Horrible experience. I called to make sure they had an item I needed in stock and they said yes asking if I wanted them to hold it for me, 20 minutes later I arrived and they are now telling me it’s out of stock and that they don’t have anything on hold. To make things worse cashier had the worst face on and attitude. Never again.

Naomi helped me with gift cards and coupons she was so kind patient and understanding. Thankful for Naomi such a nice sales rep! Thank you Naomi!

Its ashame to have a great expirience while shopping for it to turn into such a negative expirience at check out. I got helped by a man with facial piercings. I smiled said hi got no response ,such a negative attitude as if he were doing me a favor. Some how he knew I had no ulta card just by simply seeing my number on his screen,meanwhile his co worker was checking out my mother and sold her an item that was a sample item after asking this guy in secret since I understood English and my mom did not. Just a horrible expirience at the end if you hate your job then go else where and when someone is kind to you being kind back dosent take any effort. ULTA needs to do better on who they place at checkout.
