I purchased many skincare products from this store, and I would like to give a special shout-out to Jasmine and Ivy, who were instrumental in helping me establish my skincare routine. The staff is so friendly and helpful! They answered any of my questions and helped my dad and I find products catered to our skin needs. The products are organized well the staff is very knowledgeable on the products they sell.

Two girls working the counter got super quite when my friend and I walked in. There energy completely shifted and they stared at us while we were shopping for the entire time as if we were going to steal. Was checking out and the workers were friendly and kind to the white lady in front of us. It was my turn, I had a question about the product I was buying and girl working the register gave me an attitude and scanned the product without even confirming I wanted it. Had a nasty aggressive and disgusted look on her face. Don’t come here if you’re not white or East Asian, they clearly don’t want our business!!!

I love this store! The employees are quiet but very knowledgeable about skincare, and they help you find the products you need. The store is always well-stocked and organized. While some products can be pricey, there are also affordable options available. Parking can be challenging since the store is located downtown, but it's definitely worth it. I will always come here to get my skincare.
