Just went in to get a hair tensile for my sister and myself . Experience was definitely something, didn’t feel welcome , felt like the service was just quick and cared to just get it over with. As a cosmetologist myself the whole application was just so horrible. The breads were so visible and can tell the beads will pull my hair as time goes. I wanted to feel pampered so that’s the reason i came in the first place . The stylist name was Desiree . Will not come back again. As a professional this is now how we sit clients.

I stopped at Ulta to only get hair products because my hair was screaming for help! Thank you to the girl who recommended to get hair a treatment there. Honestly I’m so THANKFUL For Dez for giving me wanted but for also being to attentive making me comfortable to ensure my hair results would be the best!!! Thank you!!!!!

My daughters recently had their hair done at Ulta in Perris and had an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to our stylist, Desiree! Desiree was amazing, a true professional and a wonderful person to talk to. She listened carefully to what my girls wanted and offered great suggestions, making us feel comfortable and understood from the moment my daughters sat down in her chair. The consultation alone showed her expertise and passion for hair care. The results speak for themselves. The cut and styles are perfect. It's exactly what we envisioned, and they have received so many compliments since their appointment! Beyond the incredible results, the entire salon environment was welcoming, clean, and stylish, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I’m so amazed with how my hair would turn out every time, well satisfied. She is amazing with what she does and makes sure you’ll love your outcome. Super friendly, joyful, and positive!💗 I had a perm, on and off between all black hair and blonde hair. She made sure my hair was still healthy all throughout. No damages done with my hair at all and she takes care of your hair very well.

I highly recommend getting your hair done by Bethany! I have thick and dark hair that takes awhile to style and dry 😅 and can be tricky to bleach. But Bethany makes my hair perfect every time! She’s one of the only people I trust to do my hair! Give her the chance to work her magic, she won’t disappoint! Spent my Mother’s Day in the salon with Desiree and I am absolutely obsessed with my hair! The color is exactly what I envisioned— I’m in love with my balayage! I had super dark black natural hair and this blend is so natural and seamless. The tones are perfect for my skin and give my hair so much dimension and shine. It’ll grow out beautifully, so it’s super low maintenance, too. Desiree is an absolute pro—so detailed, patient, and really understood the look I was going for. The picture does no justice to how gorgeous it looks in person.
