Nayeli was rude and not very helpful although I patiently waited for her to cash out her customers before taking my call. I just needed help with some questions about my online order I was not rude to her nor blamed her for my order being delayed. It was also a 2 hr delivery and my order did not get full filled. Stop advertising that if it’s not going to work.

The worst customer service. Fiancé purchased a cordless clipper, realized when he got to the car it was the wrong one, went back inside and was told they don’t accept "used clippers." Yeah, his bad, he shouldn’t have done a haircut in the car in those 5 minutes! Idiots! The receipt says they accept "unused" clippers within 60 days. Heading to Richland where they said they will help us!

When i had walked in looking for just some styling products for my son's hair, nothing in particular exactly. When we walked in we were greeted by naielli (not sure if I spelled that right) who asked us what we were looking for and gave us recommendations and explained each one and what benefits they had which was super helpful. She was super friendly and helped us find exactly what we needed, even the other workers gave us friendly smiles. I would recommend if looking for friendly service and throurough explanation.

Unfortunately my last review got deleted but The last time I was in here the manager accused me of stealing and chased me out of the store after PAYING FOR MY STUFF and I was treated absolutely horrible in this store come to find out the manager was txting a mutual person of ours talking vary poorly about me and my 2 year old son and a bunch of other customers stating nasty lies and even admitted to being wrong about me stealing !! If zero stars was possible thats what I would put don’t come here unless you want horrible customer service and to be treated like trash and talked portly about on the daily by this manager she should be fired !

Poor service what happened the manager that used to run the store? Hello, I love sally supply and used to love the manager that was there. He would greet you upon arrival and help you find what you needed. I went to sally's on 3/24/21 to buy some hair dye. I wasn't greeted. The gal (with glasses) that was there was real quiet and did not acknowledge me until it was time to ask for my payment method. During the check out time, the "manager" came in. She parked in front of the store (yellow faded line). VIP parking status. While there is parking across the street of sally supply she parked right in front of the store, this is not a designated parking for anyone. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But the next day I went to the store to exchange the product and saw her park there again. I was like this person is lazy and does not seem professional, she and the other girl started talking about clocking in, and other work stuff before asking me if I was ready to check out. Very rude girls.

I have never felt more disrespected and humiliated in my life, I went in today to buy lash extensions and paid with $100 bill. My change was about 80 something dollars one of the bills that they gave back to me was a $50 bill. I went straight to Circle K to put gas in my car after this, and paid with the 50 they gave me, they refused to take the 50 at Circle K because he said it was fake. I took it back to Sally’s. And they denied the entire thing. I just think everybody should be aware that Sally’s on court street in Pasco Washington is giving fake bills..

The lady that was there she was so helpful and helps us so much. We always learn something new everytime we go there, they are just amazing what they do and i really wished i knew that lady name so I can tell people of they need help to go to her.
