Pasadena Beauty Supply

Last week I bought Boho locs from this place, got them put in Sunday June 1st and today June 12th I have to take them out. The quality was so poor the locs stuck together, and the portion that was supposedly human hair, was synthetic. I will never buy from this place again. Hair + $ to put them in cost me $400 - A total waste! Buyer beware!

First of all this is the nicest Beauty Supply Store worker I’ve ever met. He is so sweet and welcomed me into his store. He was very attentive and knew his products well especially when asked specific gel questions. He also gave me a free comb. Nice selection of products as well

The cashier is an amazing kind person!! Her stuff is affordable and she has an amazing variety of everything. She transparent about everything she sells and its quality!

I have been coming to Pasadena beauty supply for at least eight years! They always have the best selection + variety of braiding hair, ponytail extensions, And tools products/accessories related natural ethnic hair upkeep! In addition to their amazing selection, the Man and women who are always there are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Each time I go in they are always so helpful! Today, for example I was a few dollars short on my order which has never happened before and the woman said she would give me a Christmas discount and Rang up the items for the amount of money I had!! - That is beyond a kind gesture! I will always be coming here for my hair related needs and will always be recommending people to Pasadena beauty supply!

The cashier was very kind and gave us a sample of some edge control, which works very well. I like that she didn’t follow us around the store.

I have been their customer for more than 10 years, I have always found what I've been looking for, they are very good in giving advise, always have a wide variety of styles of wigs both real human hair and synthetic, have excellent discounts in some of them and in addition to the wigs they also carry a wide variety of hair products all you can think of for hair they have it. I've been to other places like Hollywood and NEVER got anything I wanted, more expensive, lesser quality and poor customer service. I strongly recommend this store for your hair needs you will be happy. If you have a busy schedule and don't make it before they close they will make exceptions and wait for you after hours. Isn't that great!
