Stopped by for a quick visit to stock up on some travel-sized refills and ended up picking up a new cologne as well. Even though it was a short stop, the experience was excellent thanks to Kasandra, who took great care of us. Kasandra was incredibly helpful not only with the transaction but also with guiding us through a few cologne options. She gave thoughtful suggestions, helped us test different scents, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Her patience and friendly demeanor definitely made a difference. The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, which made the quick stop even more seamless. Overall, a great experience at this Sephora location. Big thanks to Kasandra for the warm service!

Have had good experiences at this store before. I don't know what's changed but recently I haven't been greeted or offered help when I've gone in. I have gone in during both busy and empty times, and the sales associates always seem to be in conversation with one another and ignoring customers. I have left this location the past few times without buying anything because I actually needed help and while there were plenty of associates, nobody was interacting with customers. They also have stopped selling multiple brands at this location. Even though the Stanford Shopping Center location is very busy, it has way better customer service and a larger selection. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I got helped by a Beauty Associate, roughly recalled her name might be Alyssa (sorry if I got your name wrong). I was struggling to find a foundation to my liking and Alyssa helped me with it. She recommended me 3 foundations of different brands so that I could choose. We could have gone on more brands but I really liked the first one she recommended, so I stopped our exploration and ended up buying Estee Lauder Double Wear. Alyssa also gave me helpful tips in makeup. Their skin scan machine seemed to break down so I can’t get a SkinID scan, but my beauty associate helped me identify a shade that’s close enough to my skin color.

When I visit my mom I always go to the Sephora on Hamilton Street. Today, I purchased my select shade of the Ilia tinted serum (shade 6) and their new milk serum. The sales associate, Chris, was very helpful, she looked up my previous purchase to be sure of the tint color, and reminded me of their sale right now. I love the care I have received from this store.

I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. Nicole has helped me a couple of times finding products for myself and for gifts for my god daughter. She has an impeccable eye for makeup products based on your preferences and has helped me find some beginner friendly eyeshadows and other makeup. Kassandra is also a delight and provides A+ customer service!

It is extremely frustrating that the Sephora Credit Card cannot be managed directly through the Sephora app or website. Every time I need to make a payment or manage my account, I am forced to go through the bank, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, the website often has sign-in issues, making the overall experience even worse. The software and digital side of Sephora feels poorly managed.
