I went to that store couple times the owner seems very hostile I didn’t care much about it. Until this morning that guy was so disrespectful, yelled and cursed at me for no reasons. If you’re a woman mainly a woman of color spend your hard earned money elsewhere. For my entire existence I never felt threatened by anyone until this morning..

Very rude. The girls in there are sweet. The men are not helpful and you feel rushed when you are shopping. I was trying to unlock my card to use tap and he pointed at the machine twice like he was in a hurry.

Stopped in trying to get a new summer look, Tatiana was amazing! She stopped what she was doing and helped me color match my hair and makeup, she also helped me find all the other maintenance supplies needed:-) Phenomenal customer service! Will definitely be back! A++

First off know the product that you are selling to your customers don't just say yeah it works to make a sale. Have someone who understands 4C hair especially since that is the demographic you're selling to. Lastly get off your phone when you have a customer it's rude and shows lack of profession. The cashier/ owner attitude was disgusting and uncalled for.
