I purchased a curling iron. I did not like. When I went in to return it, Anahi helped me with find another curling iron to fit my liking. She was patient and friendly. Really appreciated her great customer service.

Great store with lots of variety, but horrible customer service. I walked in there fully intending to invest in a full skin care routine. I also had some makeup needs I would’ve liked to address. I wandered around for over five minutes, looking down the aisles till somebody finally asked me what I was looking for. I told her I wanted Peter Thomas Roth, which is a very high-end skin care brand. I was told "it’s back there". I walked back found the product I was interested in … there wasn’t a mirror in sight that I could try so I wondered around half the store trying to find a mirror. Finally found one … did not like the way the primer I picked looked so I tried to wipe it off .. no Kleenex.. I’m wandering around looking for Kleenex. There is a girl watching me who looked at the station I was at, scrunched up the empty Kleenex box and walked away. So now I’m looking for another product once again nobody is there to help me. I finally walked around the store until I saw somebody just standing there, I asked her for help. She rather unenthusiastically wandered back with me and did find the product I was looking for which is a plus. At no time did somebody offer to help me. Nobody asked me why I was looking for what I was looking for or if I needed any more help I spent $55 in there today. I was fully prepared to spend over $300. I SO wanted someone to help me. Granted it was a Saturday and it’s busy, but I did see Associates helping other customers, but maybe the right thing to do would’ve been to tell me they’d be with me in a few minutes or get me someone else that could help me. I was frustrated and disappointed, and I will never go back. I will stick with Sephora.

I love coming to this location for the salon I wish they would have thier own Google reviews but I will a two for one, I'll start with the Salon, Chissell and McKenna are always the best hair stylist and always are ready for something new and fresh to give me, I've been seeing both of them since 2020 (covid) time and I never left! And will NEVER leave them I will go ever they go! Now the store, I do like coming in there to get some make up and hair products but I find that, this location is always a mess! The samples ot the foundation is always being picked at or thier is lipstick everywhere. Someone needs to be walking around and checking some these high school kids that get dropped off because I know its them making the mess! When I check out at the registers I do agree with the other reviews these girls have a biggest attitude problem! I always like using some of my points to buy my supplies but when I say dont use all my points they end up using them all and they have to get someone to come and fix the problem and they always say thats how its suppose to be done and I tell them no its not so fix it please and guess it does get fixed. This is why I give it 4/5 stars overall the salon is way better than the girls in the front.

This is my favorite store ever! The wide variety of products, the ability to sample items before buying, and the wide range of prices makes it a very sought-after place. I love the cleanliness and organization and friendly, helpful staff members I always find what I come in for, whether it's a high-end perfume, or a cheap mascara. Ulta is the place to shop for all your beauty needs!

James did a great job color matching me today, I never would’ve picked out a neutral for myself, I’ve always picked cool tones, and I was very skeptical, but I got it home and it’s a great match! Also stayed polite and friendly even though it was Black Friday (so very busy).

My third time having my eyebrows done and Natalia done an amazing job. I highly recommend her

you need to check some of your employees everytime i come here they all have attitude it’s like high school there, but i had went to grab a couple of stuff and jazmin checked me out and MANNN! the attitude was sooo gross and ugly! and im not suprised about all the previous reviews about how rude and disgusting they are
