I came in on 01/03 and Juliet was so helpful. All of the other employees kept breezing past me and I had to go searching for an employees to help (this is why I am giving a 4 star review instead of 5) . As someone who is very new to makeup, and planning on buying an entire routine—it was very frustrating that that your other employees seemed almost annoyed that I was asking for product recommendations. Juliet was the opposite of this, and approached me. She recommended me at least half of the products I purchased, and was very informative (and super kind!). She turned my not-so-good shopping experience into a great one. Her customer service was outstanding, and I hope next time I come into this store, there are more employees taking after her! Thank you Juliet !!!

I have an uncommon combination type skin and hair and always struggle to explain it. Today I was absolutely BLESSED to have Delaney help me!! She clearly knows her stuff, she led me to multiple different products, across multiple brands, and wasn't just reading me bs off the labels, I mean she really knew exactly how to help me and explained it all perfectly. I've never felt so confident in (for me) luxury purchases before! I've already used a couple of her recommendations and so far they're delivering exactly what she described, so I'm feeling pretty optimistic about the rest. She really did a great job and I will absolutely come back to this location specifically because of her. Thank you Delaney!!

The older lady in the Clinique area was very rude. She turned her back and walked away from me as I was talking and trying to explain I would make this purchase online since the sale was better. Definitely lost me as a future customer. I ordered direct from the website and received 15% off, free shipping AND 5 free gifts. Do your research before going here. I needed it right away, which is what took me into the store, but ended up ordering online after this experience. So glad I did.

I had an uncomfortable experience at checkout today. When asked to provide my phone number or email to sign up for rewards, I politely declined. The cashier repeatedly pushed the request and would not accept my answer, which made the interaction awkward and frustrating. She eventually said I could hit the "X" to proceed without providing my information, but her attitude changed noticeably afterward. She appeared visibly upset, placed my receipt on the counter without looking at me, and didn’t say a word. The behavior was rude and completely unnecessary. Customers should be able to decline sharing personal information without being treated poorly.

Evi is not only the coolest employee but she went above and beyond. First time meeting her, she went out of her way to call another store for me when something wasn’t available and was able to find what I needed and put it on hold for me. Additionally, I had my daughter describe to her an item I had never heard of and she knew exactly what she was needing and found it for her. Reassured me the product was kid friendly.
