The Cosmetics Company Store

This is tiny and located inside of Saks Off Fifth. If you know exactly what you want I could see it being convenient, or just a fun surprise to see what happens to be on deep discount, but I would not plan a trip here, particularly for perfume shopping. Lots of testers were not available. So for browsing no, but for a targeted purchase sure. And the ladies behind the counter were very nice.

I've always a fan of brand, and the customer service is always great! Mey assisted me with the purchase this morning- she helped me find the items I need. Super sweet and patient. The other girls in the store are helpful too! 🫶 wonderful management.

Ive came to this store before but the customer service i received from Simotu was OUTSTANDING!!!! she was so patient and helped me find what i was looking for, stayed with me the whole time i was there to make sure i found what i was looking for! the minute i asked her a question i can feel her vibe/energy and she was super sweet! i had never seen her before but im glad shes works there now!! Thank you so much for your help Simotu!!!

They sell expired stuff. Do not purchase from here!!! They suck in customer service as well. We purchased same item the most loved set from the ordinary and we had 2 of the same set. I brought it to the store and she was really unhappy about it like I was lying about they being expired and the other two bottles were empty. I purchased +$100 and she is telling me that the bottles being empty is normal???!!! This is not acceptable. She sucked at customer service just because I was being nice to you doesn’t mean that Im stupid. I opened the new box just to make sure that everything is okay she made me buy that even though I told her I was going to gift this to someone. Like you should be giving me a credit because I purchased those disgusting products and came all the way back to exchange them? Like are you kidding me? She was really passive aggressive that I had to exchange them. I wish I were a Karen so that she would behave well to me but I guess Im not a Karen because I didnt get what I deserve.

My wife and I had a great experience at the cosmetic store, thanks to Mey. She was incredibly helpful and professional, taking the time to understand my wife's needs and recommending products that truly suited her skin type. Mey was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy — just genuinely focused on helping. My wife felt comfortable and well taken care of, and she’s been really happy with the products Mey suggested. Excellent service all around — we’ll definitely be coming back

My review is no longer accurate of 5 stars. It is now 1 star. Customer service has been declining. There is a Hispanic female with jet black hair who acts very conniving for no given reason. Plus, she thinks too highly of herself. Marissa in the makeup department, please forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly. She is absolutely amazing! She is very kind, humble, benevolent, professional, and she definitely has managerial skills. On Monday night, she assisted me and was very patient with me, even though I took a long time. She also answered all my questions. I love buying from this store.
