Ulta Beauty

I stopped at a new Ulta today with my husband and son when I walked in, there were two girls, laughing and talking they were the associates. There weren’t many people in the store either so I began my journey to look for a few items, Donna Karen and a new toner. Well I didn’t know where the items were because the store set up was different and I had a puzzled look on my face and I was kinda looking around. I noticed the two girls following me, but never spoke to me and just was moving things around me, but not doing anything. I went to My Husband and said, sweetie, I need help finding these items and he said no one asked to help you and I was like no so he immediately grabbed someone to help that was cool. When I went to check out the same girl was at the register. It was empty lines. No one was there. I walked up to her register to get checked out and she sent me to another one and said someone else could help me. I have no idea what that was about. I have no idea who that young lady is, but she wanted nothing to do with me not even to greet me and I thought that was weird behavior.

LOVEE the girl with the red hair and the blonde streaks in her hair I was in here with some friends for a concert we were going too and she helped us with everything we needed for our looks and she was right about it all!! Can't wait to see her again, thank you tristin love her!

I just got married and I had came in with my friend a couple weeks before my wedding and all I had was a makeup look from Instagram and dream for my wedding look I had no idea what to do luckily when I came I was greeted by a sweet girl she helped me find a entire routine and all the right products for my wedding look but also showed me how to use it and I was so thankful for the help and I looked great for my wedding day thank you Tristen such a life saver

Brent was AMAZING had a great personality great customer service!!made me and my friend feel very welco.ed and helped Tremendously. Can't wait to go back and spend some money!!

I went in this afternoon to find a new foundation. When I walked in there were only 1 or 2 customers in the entire store, but there were quite a few employees standing around. No one spoke to me or came over to ask if I needed any help. I walked over to one of the brands I was familiar with and tried some of the colors on my hand. When I found one I thought might work, I decided to try it on my cheek to be sure. As I was testing the foundation and looking at it in the mirror, I was startled when I saw an employee just standing there behind me, staring at me. He hadn't come over to help me or see if I needed anything, but he just kept staring at me in a really strange way that made me uncomfortable, as if I was the weird one for trying out the tester to make sure it worked on my skintone. It felt very judgemental and awkward. It was a very bizarre moment. I've never had good customer service in that store, which is why I rarely go. If I hadn't really really needed the foundation today, I would've just put it back and walked out. That's the last time I'll ever go to Ulta. Sephora is a much farther drive, but I don't think I care at this point.

I walked into Ulta looking completely lost — like a stray puppy in a beauty wonderland. I don’t wear makeup at all, so I was just kind of wandering around hoping the "perfect product" would magically appear. That’s when Lai (I think that’s how you spell it!) swooped in like a makeup fairy godmother. ✨ She matched my energy instantly, didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything, and somehow knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out of there in record time with the perfect stuff for my trip. She seriously deserves a raise, a crown, and all the praise!!! Thank you, Lai, for saving me from my confused little makeup adventure — you’re the real MVP of Ulta!

I specifically love this location because of the staff. All the staff is nice, helpful, kind like no other ulta, and I don't feel uncomfortable by thinking I'm bothering them with my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this ulta.
