The people here are great. They care about how you feel and what works best for you. I had my mind set on a wig but changed my mind when they told me about a topper. They were so convincing that I bought one and I love it. They are very helpful about rimming cutting, and thinning. I went in 3 times and now it's great. I would recommend K's Wigs if you ate having hair loss. They are the best.

Love this place! Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. I bought a topper and so pleased. This is the first one I have purchased. Wanted more volume and a little length. They are so great at making sure you get what you want. Will definitely be buying more since I’m thinning on top. Go there and you will definitely be happy!

So many good reviews here I had confidence my experience would be similar, unfortunately, it was not. Staff is friendly and that is a plus. My experience however consisted of a topper in a color that was not close to my hair color. There was an added fee to send it back for a different color. It arrived within the expected 7-10 days and also was not close to my hair color. The first was rather red, the next more yellow/orange. I am a light brown/blonde. The color does have a name, but the staff would only give me the number for the color until after it was ordered, then told part of the name. Hindsight, I should have gone to the Jon Renau website and checked out colors for myself. It was suggested that I schedule an appt with the person they recommend to trim the topper to blend with my hair. We took pics so I could show her the style I wanted based on the one I tried on in the store. I had wanted to send the topper back again for a better color match but that would then be about $70 extra for 2 exchanges with no guarantee the next would be any closer. I picked up my piece and went over to the house of the person who was going to trim the topper, She was nice, but the cut didn’t meet my expectations. Rather than trimming to blend, careful to have both my and the topper hair short enough to not get pulled on my shoulder by my purse but still able to put it up in a ponytail were my requirements. 2 hrs later and $100 instead of the 65 the wig shop priced me for this service I left with a piece that looked nothing like the picture I showed her, no ponytail possibility as it’s about chin length and the topper itself is drastically uneven on each side. I wanted to love it and need it for my thinning hair due to health reasons, but it sits in the closet on the head stand I bought from here as well. Unfortunately an expense I cannot get back, but cannot yet bring myself to throw away. I do wish you a better experience than mine. **UPDATE** I did receive a call from K’s Wig Shop as stated they would per their response to my review. It was agreed that I would come in to discuss this matter which they rectified and in a friendly manner no less. Much more time was spent with me to ensure I was going to be getting the color that best matched my bio-hair. I felt heard this time. When the topper arrived, my appointment to pick up was with the owner. She took responsibility for trimming the topper this time. I am so incredibly pleased with this second experience and outcome- my confidence in this shop has been restored and I intend to return here for care when the need arises. Thank you for taking the initiative to turn my bad experience into a great one.

I was referred by my hair stylist to K’s Wig Shop after going through chemo. I met with Naomi (previous employee) who guided me in the purchase of a human hair wig for $1,300.00. After wearing the wig several times, I contacted Kailee, and expressed the dissatisfaction with how my wig would knot up and was not wearable. Kailee had me bring the wig into her shop several times for them to wash/style (which I had to pay for each time). Kailee also realized the wig would knot up after washing and conditioning. This is when I decided to take it to two different stylists to have them try and work with my wig. They both instructed me to contact the manufacturer and express my frustrations. Kailee then contacted the manufacturer on my behalf. The manufacturer requested the wig be sent to them for inspection. After approximately two weeks, Kailee contacted me and asked me to come by and pick up the wig. When I got there, the wig was in a ziplock gallon bag and I was instructed that the manufacturer would not cover the cost due to it being over a year. I then took my mutilated wig to another wig shop. This shop contacted her sales rep (who is the same rep that K’s Wig Shop uses) who said the wig had an "inverted cuticle". I then contacted and informed Kailee of what the rep said. I asked Kailee what my options were since I had contacted her from the beginning about not being satisfied with the wig. I believe I should have been compensated for half of what I paid for the wig. She gave me a synthetic wig which retails for $200.00 and a check for $300.00. My personal opinion is I would not recommend K’s Wig Shop. They do not stand behind their products. Attached are a couple of images of what the wig looked like when the manufacturer returned it to K’s Wig Shop.

Beth was so helpful and I felt so comfortable with her. Going through something like losing hair is not comfortable and she was very understanding . The owner was also so great! When I needed help with my topper she went over and beyond to help!

Everyone is so kind! I was having a hard time styling my new wig so I made an appointment and they were able to help me. Now my wig looks the way I had hoped it would! I get so many compliments on how pretty my hair is! I'm so glad they are there. They provide great service!
