Walmart Supercenter

My husband and I used the scan and go through our membership and they stopped us like 4-5 times. The first time is understandable you see people putting groceries in bags without scanning but the 2nd time we didn’t even get out of the lane before we were asked to see the receipt. The 3rd time we took maybe 10 steps and was again asked to see the receipt by the time we got to the door we got asked again and we told them no they saw it enough. Not to mention we had our child with us! Do not ever use scan and go at this store unless you feel like being harassed. They also do not know how WIC works I will never shop at Walmart with my WIC unless. I absolutely need to. I now shop at HEB with WIC and never had a problem.

Terrible customer service, been here in the curbside pickup for hours waiting for my 8 items. Get that they are busy but for them to keep giving groceries to people that came after me ?

Horrible same day delivery experience! Initially my order was in route to my residence. Then all off a sudden it was cancelled due to failed attempt and sent back to the store. Communicated with customer service that directed me to talk to the store, which I did and they reset a time frame for a new delivery window. My order gets delivered later then I expected with HALF OF MY ORDER MISSING!!! Literally half of my order wasnt delivered. Call customer care and they said they can put in a refund request. Which is crazy! I refuse to put in an order for the items I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN, until I see if I get a refund or not. Because I was charged for items I never received. So either one of the drivers kept my stuff or Walmart didn't do their job! Either way it's me who's at a loss and I pay my monthly Walmart+ membership every month....now I paid for a service that has robbed me of food and money.

Man I love Walmart during Xmas. Eggnog, Toys, Lights, Trees, B..B..B Barbecue Shoooot, Man , 100 inch TV,s Nic- Nacs and Paddy Whacks getch your Dog a Bone, I can't get over so many items and love that good smellin Cologne. I'll never stop shopping Walmart for the holidays . Roll a bed out in front of all those TV,s see If I don't watch all the movies in theaters at once. Walmart if I could only live in one.

Pick up never pays attention when I put no bags and I call ahead to let them know. Pick up also says that things are not in stock and then I go in the store and they are. One product was just behind another product. Employees don't know English 😒 limited variety on some things. They're allowing salespeople to solicit to the shoppers - horrible. If I'm looking for a product I'll go off word of mouth not a salesperson trying to trap me. My favorite drink was on sale so that's cool.

The store is average and stays busy or it’s always busy when I am there. The meat department barely had any meat on the shelves to choose from and I don’t know if they are having issues getting stock or what but the other Odessa Walmart was the same way. It’s not just this Walmart but most Walmarts I have been to they all lack what Walmart was known for back in the day and that is greeting the customers and asking customers if they needed help finding anything. I’m not basing my review on that though if they were more stocked up I would give it a 5 star.

The worst delivery experience ever and also pick up. I stopped doing pickup at this parkway store because I would arrive at my scheduled time and my order would not come out. I’d ask the employee outside and they’d tell me to call, I’d call no one would answer or they would hang up. So I had to go inside and everyone gave me the runaround and told me to call 1800wallmart and there they told me they couldn’t help to go in the store. This happened about 4 times. I started ordering delivery, 3 times they delivered to the wrong house. My address is correct and every home here is new and all numbers are visible at every entrance, no excuses. I had to go scouring the neighborhood to find my groceries and carry them all home going back and fourth. Three times this happened and I also had broken eggs twice. Today I still gave them another chance and I decided to add the "sign to confirm order" this way they wouldn’t deliver to wrong address. Well they never called me or got off to ring the door bell, I HAVE CAMERAS AND PROOF, they just texted through the app "come outside" so they left and redid my order and backtracked me 4 hours later. I kept looking at the app this time, arrival time was 5:30 then 5:40 now it’s 5:49 and the driver still hasn’t left the store and doesn’t answer my phone calle, LEODENIS hangs up on me repeatedly. You call to the store and no one answers and when they finally do, they transfer you to a place where no one answers and hang up. The worst experience ever and it’s so many times!!!!!! Horrible. I have health problems and I go this route but end up being the most inconveniente route on earth!!! Update: they finally came and from the 20 lines that I ordered, more than half were partially yellow brown discolored. Almost like if it’s protocol to get the worst limes they can find, this is ridiculous! They know that a customer in person will not chose brown discolored limes and they chose them for you. Never again!
